With development of roads jeeps are also developed accordingly to the smooth road conditions hence they cannot go wildly offroad as previous ones used to go

You need to learn how to do off-roading. Speed is key when traveling over sand. Also you have the model that's designed more for urban travel not off-roading. Get the GR model if you want to travel off-road a lot.

A GXR is not designed for deep sand. 20" rims are for mall crawling. You'd have a lot more luck with 18" rims deflated to 12PSI...
