Great headphones, I love mine but they are very prone to moisture from the material. I highly recommend storing them with the little moisture absorbing sachets. I'm about to be on my third pair, I look after all my tech with great care. First pair, the right ear started random rumbling sounds from the NC. Amazon replaced them and then the right ear again just randomly stopped working after taking them out the case, touch controls work but no sound. They are currently in repair as it seems Amazon are now trying to be more sustainable instead of straight replacement. It's a struggle without them when you get used to wearing them everyday and the world becomes so quiet. Enjoy your new headphones though, they're amazing despite some flaws.
