- 1 cinnamon stick

- 100g of sugar

Muy buena receta he hecho tres veces con otra receta pero esta llevaba harina pero probare con maizcena y también le añadiré la mantequilla y la esencia d vainilla gracias

Es un postre de toda la vida en España. Tiene siglos de antigüedad esa receta. Se suele hacer por semana Santa. Pero si es chocante el nombre.
efectivamente es un postre español de toda lavida muy sencillo y facil de hacer no veo porque se ve el nombre leche frita raro ya que es eso leche frita un nombre para un postre como otro cualquiera lo que pasa es que lo de algunos es buscar seis pies al gato y tocar los cojones por cierto este postre esta buenisimo

Disculpad el lapso pero, yo no leo las narraciones. Simplemente las suelto de golpe y porrazo y a veces, pasa lo que pasa... Que me dejo datos o que los doy mal.
El caso es que del huevo sólo empleamos la YEMA. La clara no se utiliza en esta receta.
De todas formas, creo que en el vídeo se ve bien. Además, también lo tenéis en los ingredientes. Tenedlo en cuenta a la hora de hacer la receta.

It does sound very fast but, actually, it's not. When someone is learning English we take our time so that they can get a sense of periods, pauses, commas, etc. Otherwise we think nothing of it and just speak away because we hear all those things due to familiarity with our own language. He is speaking just fine. In his own language.
He put milk on to simmer, not boil, with orange and lemon peel. He mixed egg yolks and sugar and milk and added that to the milk that was heated, steeped and thickened. Butter and vanilla was added. It was cooked gently and wisked thoroughly to keep it creamy. Added to a buttered mold and covered with plastic touching the surface so a skin won't form. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold. Dust with flour, egg and fry. Dredge in cinnamon sugar. If the sound makes it hard to focus, mute the sound, pay attention and enjoy. We sound just like that to those who don't speak english.
