Pretty sure in most states at least they still can’t do this until you finish high school. And afterwards they still have to give you a 30 day notice before they can actually make you leave.
They actually can take your stuff away as long as if they bought it because it would be considered a form of punishment. It’s the same thing with you driving recklessly or you assaulting someone. You drive recklessly and the government has the right to temporarily seize your car and take away your driver’s license. You assault someone and the government has the right to temporarily seize your firearms if you own any. A court would easily rule in favor of the parents when it comes to confiscating a kid’s cellphone or laptop or car keys if it’s proven the kid was abusing their usage of those.

That's the N64 controller for ya. The weird shape is meant to encourage a different grip based on the control scheme of the game in question.
For most games, you grip the central and right prongs. For some games, like _Pokémon Stadium,_ you grip the left and right prongs.
There were even some games that required you to hold the left and central prongs, but those are rare.

Then you just buy solar panels they produce electricity and buy an ethernet cable then you have Internet but a solar panels is enough for most games

I used to be an officer and kids would try to press charges on their parents for theft all the time.
The parents would also say "as soon as they turn 18, they're outta here" After I explained to them they had to evict them they'd go "oh we will see about that."

also, last I checked gifting is a legal transfer of ownership, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that even if your parents did bankroll it, if it was given to you as a gift, it's still legally yours and the same restrictions apply
In a way yes. But can you prove it's a gift. Your parents can say they bought for themselves and just let you play with it.

But let's be real. Parents will argue that any money they give to you is still their money even if legally it isn't. My parents pulled this on me a lot even after 18. Especially my mum, it felt like they were trying to financially control me.
Thankfully they've dialled it back now.
And no doubt if the property is destroyed what chance have you got in getting your parents to replace it? You won't have the money to take them to court and usually these authoritarian parents would just make things worse for you if you did try to challenge them in court.

That last one is ture. I remember I turned 18. I was working full time. I still had parents who wanted to treat me like I was not of an age of adult. I don't remember what I did, but my parents took my landlines phone away for some reason. So the next morning I left early to work stap at a store and bought a cell phone. Gramma told my mom ahe could be charged if she took my cell phone. The next day, I came home from work my my land line back in my bedroom.
