Fraud Detail:
The fraud in question was related to the radiator guard (part of my accessory package). When I inquired about the guard, the company informed me that the installation team was currently unavailable and that they would indicate its location when they arrived. Caught up in the excitement of taking delivery of our THAR, I completely forgot about it.
However, my forgetfulness was short-lived. A few days later, while visiting a modification shop, I discovered that no radiator guard had been installed at all. Now, i am working on the same to get refund from the showroom.
ये फ्रॉड जो मेरे साथ हुआ ये रेडियेटर प्रोटेक्टर से रिलेटेड है। मैंने रेडियेटर प्रोटेक्टर खरीदा था बाकी एक्सेसरीज के साथ। डिलीवरी के समय जब मैंने एक्सेसरीज चेक की तो मुझे रेडियेटर गार्ड नहीं मिला और इसकी बात मैंने सर्विस एडवाइजर से भी की लेकिन उन्होंने कहा कि वो उन्होंने लगा दिया है और कुछ देर में इंस्टालेशन करने वाला आएगा वो आपको बता देगा अच्छे से। लेकिन डिलीवरी लेने की ख़ुशी में मै वो भूल गया।
कुछ दिन बाद मॉडिफिकेशन करवाते समय मुझे कन्फर्म हुआ कि शोरूम ने रेडियेटर गार्ड नहीं लगाया है। अब मै वही रिफंड लेने की प्रोसेस में लगा हूँ।
