- Rashid Nezhmetdinov is known for his great attacks and sacrifices. In this game he also sacrifices material and initiates a brilliant attack, but still this game stands out. Nezhmetdinov's attack in this game can be called enigmatic, as he hides his true intentions until the end of the game. His opponent doesn't suspect anything and accepts the sacrifice, after which Nezhmetdinov makes his fantastic move and reveals the secret.

I like your channel, you explain well
So beautiful 😪
Wonderful commentary as usual. Bravo!
Thank you!
These single color attacks with a missing g pawn are rather enjoyable. At least two other times I’ve seen this attack (all 3 were won by Black and the other 2 were both ended by the move “Qf3”).
Roesch vs. Schlage 1910, Hamburg
Andruet vs. Spassky, 1988, France
The king castle’s central pawn (the g pawn) is so crucial because it is the sole pawn defender of dark squares, while the remaining 2 pawns cover the light squares. In its absence, the f pawn is able to be double blockaded, the light squares are the sole property of Black, and the white king was essentially frozen to death as he had no moves and mate was unavoidable.
Thanks as always.
Thank you for mentioning these brilliant games. I'll definitely make a video on Andruet vs. Spassky.

Magical attacking chess, by an expert solver of chess compositions
I'm a simple man. I see a Rashid Nyezhmetdinov video, I watch it.
Magical Rashid!
double like ❤
Can you please put their names or pics on the side sometimes we 4get who is using which pieces
Also, put a list of rules under each piece that moves with it.
Thank you for your feedback. The names of players are indicated on thumbnails, so when you forget, you can look at the top-right corner of the screen.
At 9:25, White doesn't consider playing Nf6 check, and should go straight for Qg7 mate, because the knight at e8 protects the queen.
Indeed, I didn't notice that.
I hed tried but it doesn't work to mark square and use arrows
