Dont know if anyone gives a shit but if you're bored like me during the covid times you can watch all of the latest movies and series on Instaflixxer. Have been streaming with my girlfriend recently xD
I’ve got one... done 5 track days this year and 7k road miles. Absolutely awesome bike and way more reliable than you may think. It also great knowing I’ll be the only mv at the track too!
Ok sure, you're probably faster. But we just finished our 2020 Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory build and got almost 250hp at the crank. So there's bound to be a straightaway eventually...
@@p.chakraborty4453 Sure - we took a freshly broken-in 2020 RSV4 1100 Factory, added an Akrapovic titanium race exhaust system, then we re-mapped the ECU with a BrenTune specifically designed for MR12 race fuel. It put down 217hp to the rear wheel on our dyno, which equals 247bhp at the crank (@12% driveline loss). You can see the same build on 650ib's RUclips channel. A few disclaimers: you can only get that level of HP with MR12 race fuel, it is not a street-legal tune, and is not allowed in California. We used it on the track, and it would pull every super stock modified race bike on the half-mile straight. We did the same build on both a new BMW S1000RR and Ducati Panigale V4S and neither came close on the dyno. The RSV4 is a monster. As for your other question - unfortunately the Hyper is not allowed in the Supermoto racing classes that we participate in, they want single cylinder bikes only. But it's an incredible bike and if your SM classes allow it, grip it and rip it. It's a fantastic bike. Ride safe.
I got to ride the F4 1000 312R years ago, it was a hoot. Couldn't shake the feeling that it was more or less like walking a race horse around on a leash though, the thing wanted so much more than I could give it on the street. Still a fond memory though.
I have the MV Agusta F3 675, got about 3000km on it. At the start you really have to get used to the bike and how raw it is vut later in it is so SICK! I TAKE CARE OF MY BABY A LOT
I own a 2016 MV Agusta F4 (Pearl White) & that has plenty of power. I want a F3 800 definetly, cause i love the MV brand, i take a MV over any bike any day. Im hoping to get the opportunity to test ride a F3 800 some day.
I own a Super Duke and a MV Agusta Dragster 800rr Pirelli Edition. V2’s and triples are the best engines. The triple is like a V4 e with low end torque and high revving. Cross plane engine sounds great at high rpms.
I’m lucky enough to have a Panigale v2 and an F3 675. I agree with everything you said regarding the slower handling of the F3. Panigale is really amazing.
The torque is really a function of the RC package (tune and exhaust valve). My 19 F3 800 makes nice torque, better than my old Triumph 675 but no where near the shove of my old 1098. However it has definitely spent more than its fare share of time in the shop.
Yeah, i fear that... There is 1 for sale not far from me now, but that Agusta reliability though 🤔 Gets me worried, but i have read that the black engine is better then the silver one.
The stock suspension is surprisingly good at the track and the brakes are awesome, however the Throttle map doesn't give full power in lower gears so you'll need EcuStudio to unleash the beast!
One day, Yam's gonna cosmic yeet himself into the future and find a spooked Spite dropping his wrenches while asking a confused Yam where he's been for the last 40 years.
What riding mode were you in? My F3 800 has way more low end/mid power than what you showed. Could be my upgrades and tune but there is definitely a big difference.
Agree I think the exhaust error he was getting was or meant that the exhaust valve was not opening as the sound of the exhaust lacked the bass I get and engine seemed a bit strangled.
MV uses OHLINS performance upgrade line TXX36 rear suspension and like front suspension. FYI Performance upgrade line is a better product than oem production line ohlins txx36 suspension
Yammie, I'd be really interested in you potentially starting up a track/raceday vlog series on this channel. Similar to what Alberto Naska does for example. I love your analytical content and think it'd be great in this format.
My MV Dragster can be in 6th gear at 2000 rpm no problem. Rear brake is probably the best I have ever used. Brembo calipers with Nissin masters. Moving Art.
Amazing looking and sounding bike, will be a great replacement to my Daytona in a couple of years. I'm sure it's a pain to ride on the street, but you aren't riding a supersport if you prioritize comfort.
First and second gear should be wheeling up at least dancing. Maybe the tune is off from the exhaust. A 2005 GSXR 750 barely keeps the front wheel on the ground in first and second. Suzuki says 150 horsepower Dyno usually says around 125 hp.
I had a 2006 MV Agusta Brutale 910R. Great to look at and great to ride---but, what a maintenance nightmare! During the time I had it-- I was spending a $1 /mile in repairs to keep it going :(
Reviews like this make me so glad I got my RSV4, TFT display you can actually see, power through the entire rev range, sounds amazing and way better power. It's a dream on the track and is still very nice on the street. I would never want to own something like the topic of this video.

I disagree about the mid range, on my F3 (2015) spec it has a really, listening to it it sounded like the exhaust valve was not opening and strangling it.
@Graham , the exhaust valve spring keeps the valve open by default and the servo closes it during low throttle and idle. Owning both an F3 and Panigale V2 I can see why he says the F3 feels flat, but it’s all relative to other bikes. The MV is a fantastic bike
Who are THEY that are saying it's a Race bike ?, you keep saying it. Just to let you now its not a race bike, its a road bike. And that awesome sound you describe while you rev it to 3k from idle while stationary is a rattling diesel sound all MV,s 3 cylinders make at idle to 3k, then they realise the most glorious sound from 4k onwards to redline.
