I am from Mumbai and never been to Bihar. My native place is Tamilnadu. It's great to see our fellow Indians progress. There are around 3 million migrants in Kerala, many from Bihar and UP. I have a few friends from Bihar and UP working here as JCB drivers and welders, they are humble and hardworking, love them. Kerala has a major shortage of workers due to negative population growth, Middle Eastern migration for higher salaries, and most younger population going to colleges and looking only for white-collar jobs. Our Bihar and UP hardworking brothers are filling this gap, love them all. Whenever they work for me, I invite them to my home and offer tea and snacks.

It's an export cost...not selling cost. Maybe those companies buy these shoes at a cheap price they would sell up to 21 dollars.
These are procured directly by defence purchasing dept of Russia. And because of such a bulk order it is sold at a cheaper cost with minimum margin of profit. (Volume vs size) Even if you buy a single pair it costs around 1000-1200 in army canteens
@@storymate0611 no they are not purchased directly from other countries bcczz of lack of team management and Quality department they placed order to some local brand then they send them some samples when Russian army approved sample than they placed order PO , to the company which company sample selected and manufacturing started I am working as merchandiser in garments industry we also manufacture some warm clothes for Indian, us and British army

i have worked with engineers and technician from bihar during my 17 yrs worklife in the manufacturing industry ..most of them wants to use physical force to execute the task .which can be done in other ways too .the quality of work they do is not at all appreciable ..

Russia got the shoes for ₹666 per shoe. Military grade shoes should be atleast sold at ₹1500 per shoe. India should charge more...but good for Bihar..hope to see these shoes in Indian market soon
