I never got into this show but I remember it being on TV. It is the era of time that brings up emotions. Family and friends I had in my life at that time that are no longer here or in my life. The way life was back then, I miss so much.
If you look back at the seasons, it's like watching your own childhood unfold. It really captures growing up perfectly. But it is still kind of sad watching kids grow up and lose their innocence. We all go through it. I loved this show.

A show you've seen for a large part of your life; sitting on the floor with the rest of my family just to watch this show together every time it came on. We don't even do that anymore, now that we're all grown up, moving on, and busy these days. It sucks. Sometimes change is good, but this change, I don't like....

and "Happy" as Happy.. always loved that. i miss shows like this on tv with good traditional values. not says im conservative but it was nice. gave me some good morals to grow up with unlike some of the shows on tv today. this show made it so well because it was real. a typical family drama, but a damn good one. missing the good ole' days running home from the bus in second grade and switching on our little 11" x 23" tv to watch this and sing along to the theme song.
i saw each one these episode, from the first serie to the 11th and last one. it's really a very nice show. i would have a family like the Camdem! i miss this show, very much!!!!
my aunt use to watch it when I was little and she got me into it and ever since I am now obsessed it is on sometimes on a channel I got on tv I just found it and I am so happy .. I can never live without this show in my life it bring so many memories and this show will always and forever be in my life

The Waltons was another show that had the children grow from "little ones" to full adulthood with families. You feel like part of the family when you watch shows for a decade...
Little House on The Prairie had the kids on there grow up from little kids to adulthood and get families of their own too, Mary and Laura Ingalls both got married and had kids of their own, even though Mary lost both of her babies, first to a miscarriage and the other one to that fire at the blind school that her and her husband Adam taught at, thanks to her careless adoptive little brother Albert.
Twenty years of the show 7th Heaven and 10 years ago season 10 is when the guest stars like Jessica Biel, final casts Barry Watson and David Gallagher left and David Gallagher appeared in season 11 guest star on the episode of 7th Heaven and it'll never be the same
bring 7th heaven back with new shows cause I still watch 7 th heaven I will never stop I just wished I could meet the cast members the family means a lot to me the show touches me and my life in so many ways. but I will never get to meet them that is my dream
There are not many if any, thats what made it so great, i learnt something great from every show and used the great ideas in my life that worked so well.
every holy thursday and friday, we got a marathon reruns of this fantastic show on our local tv station here in the philippines. it gives us good family value. i will truly miss this show.

Annie went to visit them in one episode, and that was because her actress, Catherine Hicks, could only be contracted for a certain number of episodes because the budget of "7th Heaven" had been severely cut. It was the same for Mackenzie Rosman (Ruthie) and they had her extend her stay in Scotland as a result. The only Camdens to appear in every episode were Eric and Lucy.
thats really a lifetime!!! Being together for so long filminng, they must've cried a lot when they finished recording, I love this series, so I feel sad too

I completely agree with you. I grew up watching 7th Heaven, and I really miss the show. Its ironic how so many of the people posting here swear they hate it, yet they are still here. Some advice: this life is too short to spend it watching or wasting your time on something you really hate, so go watch whatever it is you enjoy.
7th heaven was my life until it ended just a few years ago. My family of 7 would all gather around every week and watch the new episode. I grew up with it. However, i will say that i didn't like the last season very much but still, i did....... ANYWAYS. I will forever miss 7th heaven.
This wasn't the last episode! The last episode was and away we go. This was Goodbye/and thank you. This was supposed to be the last episode though and although there was a lot left out to be answered after this, I WISH this HAD been the last episode mainly because it was the last with Simon, Matt and Mary (or at least have let them guest star in the final episode. it wasn't the same without them) and i felt all those flashbacks would have been perfect to end the series.

Ratings and cast was ready to move on. If you watched the last season which was picked up after the end of the 10th season (this episode) then you'll notice a distinct lack of Matt, Mary, and Simon. None made even a guest appearance, though if I recall correctly Carlos was on once and Sarah might have been as well. I wasn't a fan of what they did with Ruthie or Tyler's character in that season. The Kevin and Lucie story-lines were the only good ones in the last season imo.
What a fantastic show very sad its finished its the best family show in the world,great values,and real life issues instead of the pumped up rubbish on "home and away" type programs that i see as being more destructive to our society than good because of unreal values of life and a focus on negative behaviour .
@Janis Petzold Yes, 7th Heaven did end up having 11 seasons. So, all the 'WB' promos counting down the 'final episodes of 7th Heaven ever' ended up being lies..... Originally though, 7th Heaven was going to end at the same time The WB ended, here at this point with 10 seasons. But, then The CW brought it back for an unprecedented 11th season.... This choice was a little bittersweet for me....Part of me wanted it to come back as I wanted a better ending to the series(I was never too fond of the 10th season finale), but another part of me, a slightly bigger part, wanted a 5th season of Everwood, which went away when 7th Heaven was brought back.... Nonetheless though, it all worked out, more or less. I love and miss 7th Heaven, and its cast, especially the original 7, greatly. thanks for this upload.
everwood should have been the one to get the fifth season instead since it would have been nice to see a nina and Andy wedding. While the season 10 finale of 7th heaven was bad but it should have been redone as a three parter.
This show was great all the way through all 11 seasons! They only stopped making it because they couldn't afford to make it anymore and because of some kind of law that only allows a show to go on for so many years
