One of my mates from school died of breast cancer and he was a male. Please don’t think it only applies to females, the difficulty for him is the nhs caught it too late as they just couldnt conceive it can happen at a young age especially a male. One thing he said to me was…and I reckon kreena and Shivani were saying is…it on us to be proactive.no one knows your body or frankly gives a shit about you except yourself. Look out for yourself and listen to your body.
Anyway, my advice for men …laugh and make jokes about male breast cancer etc and manboobs etc when ur young and with the boys if it’s necessary …but when ur in the shower alone, check your balls for lumps and give ur breast a check.
As for kreena, thanks for this podcast, ur so strong. I’ve had another very close family member diagnosed with cancer, and your podcast was so refreshing and is helping with my mentality of going through the support process again.
