You are using a metal croc clip to hold the pcb and then you go along and solder the wires with battery installed in holder. Very bad practice I’m afraid.
Can it also charge the LiPo using only the usb-C charger? I noticed the LED does not turn on, and my taser seems to only work when I charge it using the solder pads.
After some experimenting I found out that it is possible to connect the anode of R4 (there is no resistor inserted) to the positive input of the board, this makes the lights turn on. Is it still safe to charge the battery that way?
@@newtecpro yes true , if you have phone charging by 18w that mean he need 6 volt and 3 amper to charging by the fastest way ... but now you only have power bank 1 amper and 5 volt that mean 1*5 = 5w this toooooooooo slow...
Do I need to do anything else to make it be able to charge my phone after I solder the battery component to the B+ and B-? If so, what else is needed?
This battery is used for 18650 size 3.7V lithium batteries and may not be suitable for phone batteries.
Can I use a battery that is used for earbuds case?
Excellent 🎉
I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
Nice 👍
thank you. I hope you find our future videos useful
It was interesting and informative. I lost my headlight charger. Can I charge the battery with this?
Yes, one of the important tasks is: making a 3.7V lithium-ion battery charger for a flashlight

Hello. How do you feed the input voltage of the module?
@@newtecpro using a usb-C phone charger
@@desktopantec2290 You must have a USB charger with an output ampere below 1A.
@newtecpro Oh, thanks. I will report back when I have time to test it.
hello, how many volts can be connected to this to charge the 25w battery
The allowed input for this charging module is only: 5V 1A.
how much time does it take to charge the 18650 battery
It depends on the capacity and health of the battery. We tested: it was fully charged in about 1 hour
How to make out connection so i can use charged battery with on-off switch....i want to make rechargeable air fan
You should give the battery output to the fan input. The battery is also permanently charged by the module.
I have a bunch of those. In no way I can get it powered on with usb c. Nevermind. the things are pretty picky on chargers.
Hi. Why can't you turn it on? As shown in the video, we turned it on with a USB Type C port
@@newtecpro does only work with 5 volt adaptors.
Being so small I wish they came with a smaller name.
ok!
Slow 😂
Is the charging process slow?
