I was in the bottom class for maths at school. Our teacher was failing us . A few boys complained to our head teacher about the awful teaching as our exams were coming up . Head teacher took over our maths class , he'd go home and do individual tests and stuff for each individual member of the class . 32 students he'd write a individual few pages for each lesson 3x a week
@@joca5988 Well they work pretty much every day of the week, weekends are usually spent planning next week's lessons or just putting together PowerPoints, questions, printing tests, so they probably actually have a lot to do. Not to mention the stress that they have while teaching, trying to keep 30 pubescent teenagers quiet for an hour is very draining.
He is absolutely invested in his students! When students were meeting on campus, he would regularly show up to club events, campus talent shows, I often saw him at the film students' events! He is an awesome teacher and really strives to know them and support and encourage them both inside class and out!

This man did more in less than 3 minutes to keep remedial students in class, engaged and learning learning at least a small percentage of what was taught than the entire worthless education system.
Frrrr But one time I got lucky because of covid we had online school and (it was the first day of school) our teacher dismissed us but the class didn't hear so they stayed there for 2 hours and then someone finally noticed and then told the class "what are you doing here? You were supposed to leave from a long time ago!" My bestfriend told me the story and I got lucky that time (only once)
My math professor always ask for attendance.. If you were absent for 1 day, you will have to write application for it and if you were absent for more than 2 days, guardian call for sure.. But no body knows what he teaches in class. He just come in class, take attendance.. Blah blah blah.. Say something and go.. 😢
If more teachers had students that gave them the attention and respect they deserve then they would feel more obligated to put on performances as such.
