just got the same setup on our channel. the 4 inch straightpipe on these trucks sounds incredible and way less drone than i thought there would have been too. great vid must have taken a long time to get all those shots

Ryan Hendricks things hit or miss, rn injector 5 is shot and it’s running like shit the hpop almost went the other day wasn’t getting pressure to the injectors. It either runs like a raped ape or doesn’t run at all
@@AlexGray yeah, I love the 6.0 "Chewbacca growl" a lot. It sounds killer especially from a distance with the echo. The 7.3 has the growl, but it's not as noticeable. The 12 valve is just a whole different animal, I own a straight piped 12 valve and I gotta say she sounds mean af

Nice video, im about to buy a 06 bulletproofed studded f350, what do i have to buy exhaust wise to get it to sound like that?? Its coming with a edge cts 2 tuner, is that good enough to make it smoke and sound like that???
No muffler and catalytic convter and it will sound like that as long as its like a 4 inch exhaust with a 5inch tip. But FYI some people get pissed off with how loud and amazing it is
Awesome man, that's the whole point of me doing these so I'm glad to hear it helped! I ran the Xtreme X from Innovative which was great and the Tony Wildman for like a day and it was terrible.
Super easy swap, only think you have to do is extend the reverse lights because the original wiring is not long enough. But the lights go right in perfectly and made it look so much better.
If you tune it, I would do the head studs but if not then I would leave it alone. Exhaust is a must though, doesn’t matter if it’s 4” or 5” or with a muffler or without, any exhaust on these trucks will make it sound so much better.

I’m a Cummins guy but I’ve always wanted a 6.0 they just sound so damn good.
I traded my 24v Cummins for this truck and regretted it. It sounded amazing and had amazing power but the reliability of the Cummins can’t be beat.
Bulletproof it first. A bulletproofed 6.0 has all the reliability and all of the sound. A regular 6.0 just has the sound.

Same, especially the interior. But the body panels from the 6.4 all fit the 6.0 and I think conversion kits are pretty cheap nowadays.

Exterior wise it’s a 10” of lift on 38s and 20x12 wheels and the bumpers are from frontier truck gear but I had them powder coated gold

This is a 2004, the 2003s have a 10 blade exhaust turbine giving it that loud whistle while 04+ has a 13 blade turbine making it much quieter

Its a 2004 but it has the headlights and grille to make it look like the newer 2005-2007 models. And the taillights are from a 2008+ model.
What's the difference between the 6.0 and 7.3, other than just its displacement? But anyway, I love these Ford trucks!
The reliability haha, the 7.3 is an old school bulletproof engine with no power. The 6.0 has a lot more power but also a lot more things to go wrong.
