I was just there for dinner and it honestly wasn't nearly as loud as this video makes it seem, it was perfectly fine. Fantastic restaurant!
Well, it is a brasserie (French for brewery) so I wouldn't expect it it to be a hushed fine dining restaurant. Yes, it is fine dining, and yes it is expensive, but I believe it is intended to be a bit more lively and noisy. Great food there Derek (no, I have not eaten there). I enjoyed imagining what all those items tasted like, and, you saved me $200 in the process. Thanks Derek, you know I enjoy your videos. Stay safe and healthy everyone! God bless!

It all looks so good, but the noise level is too much. One should be able to relax and have some quiet from the casinos. You know a quiet corner booth. Ambience is just as important as the food. Happy holidays and longer videos please.

You had me at the bread. I'm drooling. The food looked amazing. It is pricey but the presentation is part of the price. Two things I love about gourmet restaurants is the amazing food/presentation and they make expensive buffets seem like a bargain! 😁 Another great video Derek. Happy Holidays!!

Past your right shoulder is the table where i usually sit. The desserts are great. I always order the duck wings and steakburger.
Wow, I always say, your face and expressions tell the story before the words do.......... but when you had that dessert in your mouth for about 3 seconds I really thought this time your head was going to explode......... food looked excellent, but the prices are as expected pretty high. I dont do truffles either, but that still looked like a very nicely put together dish. As always, thanks for your video. Have a fabulous Xmas and a very happy New Year.

To at the Caesars buffet, is nearly that much, with a couple hour line, just to get in. This is a much better experience and worth the money.

Food looked incredible! For those of us who gamble, spending a couple hundred dollars on an amazing meal is totally worth it. My niece spends way more on alcohol and foods than gambling, and she enjoys gambling. 😛
Bardot has one of the best happy hours on the strip too.

Everything looks absolutely incredible, I used to be a fine dining Chef for years and loved making food like that. Have you ever done a vlog at Bon Ami Gabi? I like that place and just was wondering your thoughts.

$200 dollars? My food budget for the month. Having said that, my menu is certainly not as mouth watering as French cuisine, for I eat primarily out of cans with an occasional nonpareil by way of desert.
