Why hecatia is not playable in touhou

today i will show you, well actually at the beginning it was a tutorial on how to install hecatia from touhou 15 as a playable character in touhou 13 but my pc got shit thanks to this mod and i am uploading this from my cousin's laptop, anyway that seiga trash was destroyed lol.
zun will never make hecatia playable because i told him to.
