What advice do you have for someone who wants to see 0.0 but plays in Melbourne Australia 52 weeks a year. I get to 5 by the end of summer and blow back out to 8 by the end of winter. Then i spend summer getting it back down to 5 again. 3 years in a row.

If you don’t practice in the winter that’s a must it might be more coaching + mental then anything
