Have you come across auditors on YT , they film completely legally sites that people owning them often imagine incorrectly they have a legal right to stop such. Often this is police stations, and often police flood out , a guy with a camera can have four cars and 8 police surround them. The police don't actually get to decide this. That's down to the Crown Prosecution Service. Police simply gather and pass information on and CPS decide if a charge should be put forward to the courts. Or that is at least my understanding of the process

The police don't actually get to decide this. That's down to the Crown Prosecution Service. Police simply gather and pass information on and CPS decide if a charge should be put forward to the courts. Or that is at least my understanding of the process

We had the same extraordinairy reaction in the wake of the Charlie Hebdo killings back in 2015, when two muslims went on a murderous rampage killing around seventeen people because somebody had drawn cartoons of their prophet, we had muslims in this country explaining that if they hadn't drwan the cartoons, they wouldn't have been killed, it was their fault.
