  • Having a small shop can be challenging when it comes to find enough space for all of your toys and other things that have to be there. We have a small filing cabinet that just takes up space but nowhere else to put it and we can't get rid of it. So in this build I needed a place for my drill press that I never use because it lives on the floor and a cubby for the filing cabinet. I made a simple box frame using scrap 2x4s and some leftover plywood all from an old Cornhole board set. I put it on casters so It can slide in and out of it's new spot when needed. Doing this freed up some much needed space on the other side of my workbench for my air compressor to live. This was a fun build and I'm sure there are far better ways I could have done this to make it look nice but this works for me. I am by no means a professional. It's nice trying and learning new things when it comes to making. I hope you enjoy the video.

Getting the most out of your tools, in a modest workshop and building with reclaimed crap is fantastic. This impresses me far more than the tool sponsored vanity palaces that litter RUclips. I’m subscribed.

Thank you, I really appreciate that. Sometimes you've got to work with what you got, right? I hope you enjoy the rest of the projects. Thanks again!

I'm pretty sure you can still buy plans with all the details you need on Stodoys.
