I had to wrestle the girl three times in a row at a jamboree….. it was awful. They stoped the match twice when she started crying and lost the 3rd in 10 seconds. I wrestled at 189lbs with 7% body fat and she was at approximately 30-40%….. idk why she was there. She would never even be anything resembling a competitive opponent to anyone. Ever. I took absolutely no joy in winning.

One day I was late for practice and coach was pissed. Made me run 100 laps around they gym and when I was done I was gonna go get some water but instead coach called me and cutter to the mat…. I was fatigued as hell but still pinned him in around 20-30 seconds. His dad had came to watch his practice that day. I felt so bad. Had Ida known his dad was watching I probably woulda thrown it for him.
I’ve wrestled plenty of girls in practice. They’re not all that soft. They’re definitely not as tough as most of the dudes, but the girl you wrestled isn’t representative of most of them

At the same time I think that people who genuinely want to transition (and put in the effort to look like the gender they want) should be treated nice. A clear classification system would help everyone.

"yea wrestlers are strong" no, it goes beyond that lol, I wrestled at highest level, then changed to train MMA, 6 y later I went back to train some and was surprised how much stronger they were, I had not stopped my training, I had done MMA and thai, but there were still teens there that could hold my wrists like a vice and I had to struggle to get out, as an adult......I understood how much I had lost by not throwing another heavyweight over my head 100+ times a week ....and now they to enter female wrestling because they claim to be a female? ofc they will demolish the females

True. People use arguments like these not because they actually care about the outcome but because of the politcal reason behind it. Why we don't watch fencing/target shooting instead of football is beyond me. Football isn't a reflection of any real life prowess opposed to sports originating from real life dueling and combat. Although, I don't care about mainstream sports really at all but I do have a problem with women getting pulverized in the arena by those who have an extreme advantage: the ones with greater bone density, more difficult to punch their face in and the long term irreversible effects of testosterone that happens at the snap of puberty's fingers.
