Great video, that’s Exactly what I am learning in Australian dieticians degree, all goes back to basics , eat healthy, natural and physical activity around 150 mins a week. Make sure to eat right calories, right macros, micronutrient, lots of fruits and vegetables. I personally train 8-10hours a week , eat pretty healthy, no smoking and alcohol. Only bad thing in life at the moment is too much work and study load as I m studying and working full time as well. Some days can be very stressful but with training and diet I don’t comprise throughout the year.

Chawal v subha hee leti hu. Sam ko oats ya khakarkhandi etc leti hu.
