    half of problem is vanished just when doc simply listens to patients nicely and treats him nicely. sir, in midst of medical industry boom, so many malpractices have been happening in medicines, treatment, ill advice, your videos are acting as a catalyst to regain that faith of patients among doctors. good job sir !!

    You are an naturalistic doctor.Appreciate that.Exercise has eliminated high cholesterol levels,BP and Sugar in control.Soon I am coming out on medication for sugar.Exercise builds high motivation level. Patience as you say is required.5 days brisk walking for 50 min daily helped me among with diet control. Thank you sir

    Sir mein pichle kaafi saalo se enxiety se pareshan tha Ye kisi narak se kam nhi h bhagwan kisi ko ye taklif naa de aaj bhi sochta hu toh rona aata h mein ek alcoholist tha lekin meine apni wheel power kam nhi hone di meine thodi thodi running krna shuru ki aur aaj 3 saal baad mein Daily 6 se 7 km ki running krta hu aur kabhi mund bohat achcha ho to 10 km bhi kr leta hu mein bohat se doctors ke pass gya tha lekin medicine kisi ki bhi nhi li bas meri jidd thi medicine ke bina hi thik hona h lekin meine isse ye sikha khud pr bharosa hona bohat jaruri ...thnx Sir aapki baatein Sun kr bohat achcha lga.. Aap bilkul sahi jaankari de rhe ho.. Good job Sir

    Bohot bohot dhanyawad babaji , mai dill se kehta hu sir i am eating sedetives from 2013 i used to abuse canabies ... phir mere negetive thinking se me depression n then panic attacks n all then doctors started giving me anti depressants and anti anxiety medication but i am still eating those medicines... sir aapne ek bhatke hue ko raah dikhayi hai mai physically aapko kuch nahi de sakta lekin dill se dua deta hu sir aapka saara accha kaam safal ho jaye aur Waheguruji ki kripa aap aur aapke parivaar pe bani rahe ... iss samaj ko aap jaiso ki zaroorat hai sir ... you are THe REAL LION...

    I'm one of the best example of it. I had big social anxiety.
    Not only regular exercises boost my confidence but I also get ripped muscular body.
    Only dark side is I got addicted to exercises as Dr. said in this video.
    But I'm so happy to addicted to exercise rather than going on drugs , smoking or alcohol.

    This is absolutely correct. Exercise, in fact, helps in keeping calm. Significant effect in the general state of mind can be seen after 3 months of exercise. I started exercising daily from January 2020, and am already feeling great now. I had issues of Anxiety earlier, but now they are almost absent, or very less. Science Works!

    Yes, this is definitely true. I have experienced this on my own. But I would suggest don't stop exercises, because useless anxiety can come back. Regular exercise is important.

    Respected Sir, Good evening, From Tommorrow morning I am going to start waking up early and to do light exercises till lockdown opens. Even today evening i got high BP readings but after watching this video I am feeling better and my increased pulse rate is now beating exactly 72.Again Many Many Thanks for excellent advise.

    Every word said in this video is SO TRUE even i suffer from anxiety and depression. As you said anti-depressants work and that's 100% true again as Homeopathy light doses have actually worked out for the anxiety symptoms i had.     Sir I agree with you I remember the old days when I used to only play most of my free time but when I grew up slowly they stopped and got busy on other things that were not that active . I'll try this out I hope this helps me with my anxiety

    Meditation also helps alot . Do prayers for others it makes you feel really happy. Try it and exercise ofcourse

    Keep some patience..... Apne aap ya gym jane se thik ho hi jata he..... I had gone through but after my confidence is gain. Self esteem also back.... Patience is a best medicine 💊.

    I am also suffering from anxiety from last one year, i am 74, height 6 feet , 69 kg, exercise bricks walk approximate 8-9 km daily, but ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਪਸੀਨਾ ਆਉਣਾ, heart beat ਵਧਣਾ, ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਦਿਨੇ ਵੀ problem ਹੋਣਾ, ਡਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਲੋ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨੁਕਸ ਨਾ ਲ਼ੱਭਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਕੇ anxiety ਹੈ ਹੋਰ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀ , ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਸੋ ਮੈ ਕੀ ਕਰਾ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜੇ ਕਰੋ ਤਾ ਮੈ ਆਪ ਮਾਸ ਆ ਕੇ ਮਿਲਾ ।

    Waah sir thanx isi sunday ko mujjye bhi hua tha chest me pain doctor ne kaha kuch nahi hua hai ....ab samajh aya anxiety attack tha ( on bed rest thats why some bad thoughts came in my mind )

    I will add one more advice to Exercise is Pranayam and Yoga . It is immensely helpful in anxiety .

      Shafiul Abid yes do regular pranayam and you will feel the difference.. one thing if you know that you are suffering from anxiety thn talk to your self in front of mirror.. it helps..
