Bohot bohot dhanyawad babaji , mai dill se kehta hu sir i am eating sedetives from 2013 i used to abuse canabies ... phir mere negetive thinking se me depression n then panic attacks n all then doctors started giving me anti depressants and anti anxiety medication but i am still eating those medicines... sir aapne ek bhatke hue ko raah dikhayi hai mai physically aapko kuch nahi de sakta lekin dill se dua deta hu sir aapka saara accha kaam safal ho jaye aur Waheguruji ki kripa aap aur aapke parivaar pe bani rahe ... iss samaj ko aap jaiso ki zaroorat hai sir ... you are THe REAL LION...

Not only regular exercises boost my confidence but I also get ripped muscular body.
Only dark side is I got addicted to exercises as Dr. said in this video.
But I'm so happy to addicted to exercise rather than going on drugs , smoking or alcohol.

This is absolutely correct. Exercise, in fact, helps in keeping calm. Significant effect in the general state of mind can be seen after 3 months of exercise. I started exercising daily from January 2020, and am already feeling great now. I had issues of Anxiety earlier, but now they are almost absent, or very less. Science Works!

Yes, this is definitely true. I have experienced this on my own. But I would suggest don't stop exercises, because useless anxiety can come back. Regular exercise is important.

Waah sir thanx isi sunday ko mujjye bhi hua tha chest me pain doctor ne kaha kuch nahi hua hai ....ab samajh aya anxiety attack tha ( on bed rest thats why some bad thoughts came in my mind )
I will add one more advice to Exercise is Pranayam and Yoga . It is immensely helpful in anxiety .

Shafiul Abid yes do regular pranayam and you will feel the difference.. one thing if you know that you are suffering from anxiety thn talk to your self in front of mirror.. it helps..
Ofcourse yog n pranayam has helped me a lot in treating anxiety... With the help of medication.... I was suffering from last 10 years
