The amount of work that goes into fixing such apparently simple things is just insane. I imagine a lot of these cars were scrapped when they weren't that apprechiated and you couldn't find many to fix them...
I definitely think that's the case. Plus many were neglected from maintenance for similar reasons, cost and finding someone knowledgeable so they became even harder to repair and values of the cars dropped making it harder to want to do. Too bad indeed that all plays in
More please! Nice to see a proper mechanic at work 🎉🎉

I shouted the same as you did! Great job, man!
I love your detailed videos. I miss your xj6 projects.
Complicated job is well done. Looking forward to hear the v12's exhaust note.
Nice. Sounds like you got a fantastic deal on this very clean XJS. If kept up properly, the XJS is fairly reliable, especially with mostly GM parts.
Excellent how to. Unfortunately, my 92 Marelli facelift barely starts and runs, but idles real slow and won't respond to throttle input.
Oh Yeah!! You have the patience of a cardiac surgeon 👍🏿
Is it possible to turn the engine over by hand without removing anything or by just removing a few things?
Congrats…
you cant use any V12 Jaguar because they drop valve seats!
… someone didn’t take care of of their V12 cooling system, eh?
