Great video brotha to the point and specific 19mm and 14mm. Hate Toyota for this do this on the Prius also but gravy with a rack in my shop. Props to u for doing at home on the floor. 5 hrs plus 1hr alignment plus 1hr for endlinks
Did you have that sound from the bushings that sounds like a door hinge that needs oil that made you do this, or was it another symptom? I have a 2015 Corolla and will be doing this. Another guy on RUclips does the other side and, sure enough, the same bolt hits the transmission fluid pan and the workaround is even worse. It’d bad enough that I’m not going to do it his way and will just remove the pan. I will do a transmission fluid change while I’m at it. I’ve done it before anyway. Thanks for a great video for us car guys that don’t need to see every tiny detail. I’m sure a beginner will want more. Look at other videos, guys.
@nyasiachambers1074 the dealer would be able to tell you over the phone. They might even get you a part number. If one dealership doesn't work, try calling another.
man! thank you so much, this is the only video of a corolla 2015 removing passenger side control arm. you help me too much, thanks!!!!
@@efe_i thanks. I'm glad it could help

@@leonidas9969 thanks man. Glad the video could help. Yea they lost me with that money grab design
Could you lower the subframe to clear the bolt?
Don't think so, but that sounds like more work anyway. Only a few bolts up top to loose the engine mount
The driver side bolt does the same thing. Found out halfway thru 😅.Good way of raising the engine on that side?
@@elmergutierrez456 good to know. That's amazing they managed to do that to us lol
Did you do it yet? you have to remove the engine mount

@@yactabay she said she had a vibration. Vibration gone after installing new control arm
Also it was in an accident
@@Davethemechanic305 thanks for replying
Thank you for the video. Is the driver side any different? I need to do both tomorrow on my 2016 corolla
@709709709 drivers side is much easier since you don't have to raise the engine
Do you know the exact sizes of the bolts? 19mm by what
@@nyasiachambers1074 just the socket or wrench size
I’m trying to buy the bolts for my 2021 Toyota Corolla, but I don’t know the exact size
@@Davethemechanic305 no I’m saying like what size are the screws? Like how many inches?

I need to know what size the actual screw is
