I think the weekly progress video would be great for us and for you to track progress and learn, set up and changes would be interesting, I know that you have helped me in the past in exploring all my opinions when its come to rests and other stuff we have dicussed. As long as it doesnt take away from family or practicing with purpose and not just content orintented if that makes sense
