    4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional, for extra smokey flavor)
1/4 cup chicken broth or water
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Chicken:
Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    Mix the Sauce:
In a medium bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke (if using), and chicken broth (or water).
    Assemble in the Slow Cooker:
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
    Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
    Shred the Chicken (Optional):
If desired, remove the chicken breasts from the slow cooker and shred them with two forks.
Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix it with the BBQ sauce.
    Serve:
Serve the Smokey BBQ Chicken on buns as sandwiches, over rice, with a side of coleslaw, or as a filling for tacos.
    Tips:
For Extra Flavor: Add a few dashes of hot sauce to the BBQ sauce mixture if you like a bit of heat.
Storage: Leftover BBQ chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
