Works very well for Black Mesa, since it banks on the aesthetics of technology from the early 2000s ("200X"). Not so sure about this, a game set decades later on an Earth controlled by aliens with technology humans have barely begun to grasp...

what im freaking out about is this new music. it's queued in both games when you get the hev, but this is a remastered version. i would be in hysterics if there was an entirely remade soundtrack
They probably won't have a version for every single song from the other games, but they already have an outstanding set of original music for PB, where they show us they really got the spirit of the HL and Portal series. Some of the tracks are, of course, heavily inspired on the most memorable pieces of Half-life, like the one from the teaser, Threatening Domain (HL's Hazardous Environments), and "I Spoke of my Return to this Shore" (Triage at Down). Check out their OST playlist (or don't, if you want to be surprised in the game xD)

I keep imagining how this is a Valve official trailer, but to think it's fan made for a fan made game, it makes it even more impressive.
