I've put 2.6.1 on my Crocodile 7. These settings are working much better than anything in BF. BF was shaky and in windy conditions (Ireland) I was happy that I didn't crash - tried everything in filters and pids but no luck. This is SOOOOOO much better - today it was windy but flying smoother than on BF with no wind! Only thing my GPS doesn't want to fix position for some reason so I had to bypass it. Thank you Pawel, you saved me from buying new motors or frame!!!
Just about to try this on my Croc7.. I did try FalcoX and that was super smooth but couldn't get the GPS or OSD working.. What part of Ireland? I'm on the Isle of man, maybe I can tune in lol

This actually helped me with my first install ever of INAV 2.6.1 on my 7-inch drone. Now that INAV3.0 is out I do not have enough knowledge to transition to the new version without a headache. Would you be making a similar video with some recommended presets for a 7-inch running INAV 3.0 or a summary of what can be used from the diff and settings for pids and filters? Thanks a lot for all the hard work :)
my 7 inch is built and ready for this upgrade. mission planners acro mode is quite lame. looking forward when the h7 support is finally integrated into inav.

I installed Inav on my 6 inch quad, Although i got it to work somewhat, Altitude hold wasnt to bad, it rose up and down by a few mtrs or so but it wasnt to bad , Position hold though was all over the place .. Gps is a BN880, Accel and compass calibrated many times , But always the the quad on the setup page was " Sloppy " slow to move and over shot , Not as pin sharp as in Betaflight , In Betaflight you move your quad held in the hand and the GUI quad in Betaflight followed exactly ... Why Inav doesnt do this in my case i dont know..... after a week of trying to get the bugs ironed out i went back to Betaflight ... I may give Inav another go at some point in a few months time. .

Who can help how to re-set up the mmix. That means, now, my S1 moter is not in right location. It on S4 position. How I can change it. My Drone is X8. And in INAV configaration, that is no mix guider for X8. That is very stranger.. I checked, If I set for X-4, Mix Guide is show, But If I collect x8, that is gone.
What with a returning to home mode? Have you tested it? Is it working better than 2.5 or we have got a new issue on 2.6? I have no problem with 2.5.2 on my f405 ctr but I have tremendously big problem on 2.6 when trying to turn the RTH mode on? Seems to be that issue in magGainX/Y/Z calculations and bug was already created but not fixed. Many people saw this problem not only me.

Hi! I'm thinking about switching my iFlight Chimera 7 to Inav. If I copy settings from Betaflight, will it fly roughly the same? And will it be easier to make it fly even better on Inav?

@@crezzlin Cork. I have everything working. It took a bit to lock sats but I connect fc to usb power bank for few minutes and all good.

lower LPF frequencies. But how much? Probably at least 20Hz than 7" uses

Can’t get maps to show up under the gps tab. Using a matek f722 hd with a 880 gps. I’m getting 12 sats in the basement.
Is it necessary to have a magnetometer for home direction arrow? In betaflight or ardupilot its not.
