South African Apartments- 1. Built by competent professionals, well build but cheap and basic finishing. Nigerian Apartments- 1. Sometimes look beautiful both within and without 2. Generally built by mostly incompetent professionals who don't know what they're doing. 2. Full of very visible structural deficiencies and including workmanship errors. 3. Basically, danger hidden under cosmetics at completion. Kenyan Apartments- 1.Well built 2. Generally beautiful both within and without 3. Generally spacious, well finished and generally very fancy..
Very nice looking place. I just hope there isn't going to be disturbance from uncontrolled kids in the form of unnecessary loud noices
