    The tip on "focusing on where my hands are" helped. I often get scattered and anxious at the thought of decluttering, so just trying to keep it as simple as possible helps.

    I usually set a timer when decluttering to help me stay focused on the task for that duration of time.

    The part on letting go of control over the household was insightful. My anxiety increases when I try to take control of the behavior of others in my house. Would be an interesting to know some tips on how to keep it simple with raising TEENS! Lol
