This looks great. What wattage does it need, especially to boil water?
Thanks so much! In my observations with the kettle on "drink" mode (to boil water), it seemed to draw between 389-394 watts from my specific power station which is the Jackery Explorer 500.

We have a little electric kettle. It’s very handy when we’re lotdocking and I need coffee the next morning 😁Mine won’t pop corn though. That’s pretty nifty. Great product review.

How do you adjust the bed so that you have space to cook in the car! And where do you keep your pots and pans ?
It depends on how the suv is setup but for solo camping the bed remains in the same position. Pots and cooking utensils are stored in the custom build - we have a few videos showing how they are stored.
And do you keep the third seat up ?
For the solo camping setup, the 40 portion of the 3rd row remains up. I'll have a video out soon showing the updated solo setup. Thanks for watching!
