Looking great, if your employees are open to it, it would be cool to see them in the videos too. Im sure they have tips and tricks to share too. Just a thought.
You are about the only person on RUclips that understands that headers can add or deduct power to the engine combo and that you start by having equal length headers and the size of the collector is a big part of it as well and I have seen so many times on RUclips where people make their own "custom" headers especially for their turbo setup and all the primaries are different lengths and the collectors are in different spots and positions and so on and when I see that it just kills me because they aren't understanding that they are probably robbing themselves of a lot of power before they even get to crank the engine over
Inspirational video sir, the in depth detail about the how and why of your designs is refreshing to watch. Keep up the amazing work sir as you are inspiring people thru your talent.
I love your fab diaries series. I’m hoping you make a video on how you measure and get your mitre method. In the middle of my build and having a hard time figuring that out
Killer update as always! I'd love to see a how to tutorial on bead rolling and forming. I just bought a mittler 24 inch roller and I'm starting to play around with that.
I'm more interested in trucks but there's a dude called Karl Fisher( his channel is make it kustom) and he has some great content on fabrication, go check it out. He mainly does hotrods but he has very comprehensive videos of sheet metal work, rolling, forming, welding, stretching etc.
Truck is looking great. Could you add small access panels into the sheet metal to access to nuts/bolts from the bottom side of the third seat so you don’t need someone under the truck?
Hi Morgan, I am getting ready to build my '75 F-100 into a pre runner, and I want to start out building a really good chassis and then finish it as I make more money. I have a little bit of welding experience, and feel comfortable welding a cage, but I'm struggling to know where to start when building a roll cage because everything has to work well together. Do you have any tips on getting started or do you know if someone makes plans to build a roll cage? Or if you have plans you'd sell? Thanks!
At the very end of the video the bar you were holding onto will there be any additional tube work off of that from close to center of it down to the rocker tube or some where?

Thanks. I’ve done my fair share of show looking headers as well.. can’t win em all
You have got yourself a great employee!
Agreed! He’s def pulling his load
Morgan love all of your work and thanks for making all of these videos explaining your process. Fellow IDer here.
Thanks David!! Enjoy man! They are only going to get better! Welcome!
I can't wait to see this truck completely done it's going to look badass
She’s going to sit very uniquely!
Absolutely a lot of work welding. Weld a little bit and let it cool. Structure is absolutely beautiful my friend. 🔥🔥🏁🏁
Thanks Jim! The structure feels optimal given the constraints of the frame

Will the exhaust incorporate a muffler? Build looks amazing so far! Lots of details and inspiration.
Unknown. Thank you!!
Will you and Eric be switching over to a billet aluminum upper j-arm or keeping the steel piece for now? Trucks looks great, much better!
Not anytime soon. I just welded up the rusted out ones on the car now. This whole build is still relatively budget friendly.
