interesting. I'm trying the first test. I'll try the second test sometime. Looks like a little more knowledge of your individual printer required. I'm still pretty new to this. :)
Thank you for this great video. I've been trying to get my Ender 3 setup with Klipper on and off, but always seem to have problems when tuning the PA and Input Shaper. I really like the line method for PA. It looks so much easier to understand and measure. I don't have an accelerometer for doing the input shaper test, so I have to use the visual method, so I'll have to rewatch your previous video on it. Glad to see you back and looking forward to more content. PS could you possibly do a video on setting up Superslicer for Klipper? When it comes to printing faster, I'm never too sure what I need to change in the slicer or firmware. IE Acceleration and what not
Thank you for the kind words. I will look into doing a SuperSlicer set up video. There are definitely a lot of options available that can be changed to improve print quality and speed
@@EB3DPrinting That would be so cool. I use Prusaslicer at the moment, but when i make the move to Klipper properly, I'd like to use Superslicer, as it seems more suited to it. I maybe wrong in that regard, mind you.
What if I finished the tower and I see no gaps? It is all smooth and consistent till the top? I'm quite sure i did all the steps, and set al things up like you did. What for kind of value do I add in my config? I use a direct drive setup
If you have a direct drive setup and finished with no gaps in the tower, I would say that something was not input correctly and to run it again. If everything is correct, there more than likely will be gaps forming around the halfway mark of the tower.
Thank you so much, I have been looking for a test like the 2nd version for so long. Great video!
should have more likes. very helpful since I found out I cant use Linear Advance Tuning.
