Tracks like Gateway and Darlington have different turn radii from turns 1 to 2 and 3 to 4. Indianapolis is more a rectangular shape. Some tracks are tri-ovals and have banking in the tri-oval part. Pocono is literally a triangle with different banking in each turn (nicknamed "The Tricky Triangle"). There's lots of diversity in ovals. People who don't watch just like to say there's none.

Depends. F1 cars have huge downforce, the tracks are tricky especially on street circuits. The rules are also very strict in F1, so trying to go fast while following the rules can be hard. You also have power management, engine wear and gearbox wear management, you have tyre and fuel management, some tracks has a blind corner. Indycar is hard as well, those banked corners create huge g force, and their main purpose is to go fast on ovals, though they do go to non-oval tracks. It really depends. Take Monaco for example, very tight corners, small track width, lots of hard corners etc, so sometimes F1 can be harder than Indy
