Update!!!. I can't believe this technique actually worked. I ran out and shopped for similar products and my life just shifted. All my life I just assumed I just wasn't blessed with long and thick lashes. They look better than when I put on false lashes. Thank you so much for this video it truly changed the game for me.

Not a criticism. Pumping the mascara dries it out faster because you’re pumping air into the tube. Take the wand and move in a circular motion inside the tube to coat the wand. Your mascara will last twice as long and save you money. Great video.
+ Naughty Hotdog - I often wondered why my mascara wasn’t lasting. My 3 year old asked me why was I pumping air into the tube? Is it supposed to blow up? Then that’s when it hit me. Out of the mouth of babes come the truth. She’s 30 now. Save allot of money over the past 27 years. It really works.

Quijuandas I use the L’Oréal Eyelash primer and it is amazing! I use Benefit ‘They’re Real’ mascara also and I find that’s enough for me. The products do work as Jessica said though!

Wow that is truly amazing. I really thought you had false eyelashes on at first. I couldn't believe my eyes as they looked like they was growing in front if me. Unfortunately I lost all my hair so my eyebrows and eyelashes were gone so I had to wear false eyelashes. My eyelashes are just starting to grow back so I shall be trying your method. Great tutorial! I’m a lash extension artist who can’t wear them because they don’t last on me anymore. I’m horrible with strips and my lashes are extremely fine and short, so mascara doesn’t really show up on me. But you have given me hope and can’t wait to try your method out. I’m so excited. Thank you for introducing me to the L'Oréal primer! I love how my eyelashes turn out with it on. Personally, I let it dry completely (3-4 minutes) before I put my mascara on top, I find that gives me the best results :) I don't like using eyelash curlers, so this primer has been great for me since it keeps my eyelashes lifted and minimizes clumping.

I absolutely love how these products transformed your lashes!! I guess my other thought is that it may take just as long to apply my false lashes, so I'm not sure if it's a time saver. I still plan to try it though lol. My lashes are JUST like yours but my go-to is L'OREAL's voluminous Superstar which had the primer and volumizing mascara in one.
Another trick if you dont have as much as mascara , and dont want to loose your lashes : apply castor oil on your lashes before, then follow up with the mascara! It works, your lashes looks naturally longer and shinier and the mascara come out fast too! I cane up with it because i like using mascara but my lashes always come out wether it s waterproof or not.

Putting a lash primer DOES make a difference! I'm using the Voluminous Super Star mascara by Loreal (the Red Carpet black one) and it does wonders for my super thin lashes. Thank you for this great demonstration!
Have been trying many mascaras for a long time trying to find the one that will give me super lashes. Tried falsies, lots of problems. I have one problem; on my right eye my lashes are fairly full and even albeit short. On my left eye though, the lashes are even shorter with several bald spaces. Didn't want to use the expensive or prescription lash serums which is why I continued to try falsies. When I saw your tutorial, I went to the store to get the product. The difference was absolutely AMAZING! I do admit my makeup artist friend found me a dupe for the Better Than Sex mascara and I haven't used the Benefit yet because I couldn't make out which one it was. But I couldn't be happier and my husband said for the first time both my eyes looked the same and were terrific. Sorry this is so long, but Thank You!

L’Oréal Telescopic is my favorite mascara but I definitely want to try the ones you used in this video.....the biggest question I have is, how hard is it to take all of that mascara off? I have a hard time removing my mascara when I use just one.
That Maybelline mascara is boss! I love it! Best mascara in my opinion. I'm going to try the loreal base. Also applying castor oil to your lashes b4 bed grows and thickens them. I do and it works! Vitamin E too😉
natural star wilson I wear coconut oil on my face at night and didn't realize my brows and lashes were Fuller a couple months later. Unfortunately the hair on my side Burns and neck are thriving so choose your battles lol

Hi Jessica, thank you for sharing! Never seen anyone using more mascara than me 😂😂😂 My mascara routine starts the night: I apply a lash serum to make them grow (castor oil makes my lashes fall, don't ask me🤷🏽♀️). When I apply my makeup, I use Maybelline Sensational,coating both the upper and the lower side of my upper lashes. Then I apply Younique 3D gel in the same way and follow through with the fibers. Let them dry and coat with the gel. I repeat the step if I want to exagerate or even reuse the Sensational on top. Sometimes I even use a Top Coat by Wycon. I am obsessed by lashes as well!!! I used to apply cluster lashes before, now that I have this method (and that my lashes are way longer tnx to the serum) I finally dropped the glue and the pain 😪 I haven't been using a lash primer in years… Maybe I'll buy one again! Thanks for sharing your routine!!! 💋😘

Bobbi Brown mascara is a great mascara... it's a fine comb like the last mascara you used. Love this look i will try. I hate false lashes & fiber mascaras. I will definitely try this look. Thanks for the tips.
YES!YES!!YES!!! I've been saying for years that you need to use a different mascaras for each of the effects you're looking for. Now, if I may offer you a tip (no disrespect, you are obviously the magician to whom I bow down), but with Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara I've found that the travel size is FAR superior to the full size. I know, I know, it sounds bonkers, but I swear it's true! And I know several other women who will attest to this claim. I'm no scientist, but I'm gonna guess it has something to do with the way the length of the wand in comparison to the length of the tube causes the mascara to oxidize in a certain way that makes for the perfect consistency; you know those few days--maybe even a week or two--when your mascara feels *just right*, when it hits that sweet spot and is making your lashes look like a dream? That's Better Than Sex Travel Size, but every day. It might even be better for giving you the spidery-clumpy look you love. Hope this helps, or somehow gives you inspiration in other areas of your artistry! This is the first video of yours I've seen and I'm proud to now officially call myself a subscriber! ❤️

GIRL !! you are so natural, simple and dainty. Very personable, you can sell anything. I truly enjoyed your video and watched it several times. You added a personal, honest touch, a "real" feeling to your video. I usually use THRIVE mascara and COVERGIRL WATERPROOF MASCARA, I also add the makeup-hack of applying eyeliner to the base of your upper lashes. I learned a trick, I'll also share with you. You apply mascara and while its wet, apply cotton sparsley on your wet lashes, then overkill with more mascara. I totally am buying the L'Oreal lash primer, never used it, but I believe it will help. I swear by Better Than Sex mascara. My eyelashes are like yours (which was a big shock to me the day I noticed it now that I'm near 50). I will try your steps though because I LOVE how your eyes looked, how each step had a reason and they made sense! ♡ Anything keeping me away from falsies is a good day. I kid you not, it looked like they were trying to escape off of my face! That's when I realized that unless they create a lace front wig for my lashes, I would be destined for baldness (until your video that is). Thank you!
This is very helpful from someone with extreme struggle lashes! lol... one question tho... what's the difference between thickening and volumizing the lashes? You said you used the Big Shot for thickening and the Better than Sex for volume. What's the difference?
chokolatgurl she can correct me if I’m wrong, but thickening refers to how close together and full your lashes appear. Volume refers to how long they stick out, if that makes sense
I would think that thickening refers to the width or thickness of each individual lash; volume refers to number of lashes or creating overall fullness.

I use Lo'real Double Extend for long full lashes. It comes in a tube with mascara on one end and primer on the other.

Castor oil can make you go blind. Theres other health effects.

Didn't want to use the expensive or prescription lash serums which is why I continued to try falsies. When I saw your tutorial, I went to the store to get the product. The difference was absolutely AMAZING! I do admit my makeup artist friend found me a dupe for the Better Than Sex mascara and I haven't used the Benefit yet because I couldn't make out which one it was. But I couldn't be happier and my husband said for the first time both my eyes looked the same and were terrific. Sorry this is so long, but Thank You!

L’Oréal Telescopic is my favorite mascara but I definitely want to try the ones you used in this video.....the biggest question I have is, how hard is it to take all of that mascara off? I have a hard time removing my mascara when I use just one.

That Maybelline mascara is boss! I love it! Best mascara in my opinion. I'm going to try the loreal base. Also applying castor oil to your lashes b4 bed grows and thickens them. I do and it works! Vitamin E too😉

Hi Jessica, thank you for sharing! Never seen anyone using more mascara than me 😂😂😂 My mascara routine starts the night: I apply a lash serum to make them grow (castor oil makes my lashes fall, don't ask me🤷🏽♀️). When I apply my makeup, I use Maybelline Sensational,coating both the upper and the lower side of my upper lashes. Then I apply Younique 3D gel in the same way and follow through with the fibers. Let them dry and coat with the gel. I repeat the step if I want to exagerate or even reuse the Sensational on top. Sometimes I even use a Top Coat by Wycon. I am obsessed by lashes as well!!! I used to apply cluster lashes before, now that I have this method (and that my lashes are way longer tnx to the serum) I finally dropped the glue and the pain 😪 I haven't been using a lash primer in years… Maybe I'll buy one again! Thanks for sharing your routine!!! 💋😘

YES!YES!!YES!!! I've been saying for years that you need to use a different mascaras for each of the effects you're looking for.
Now, if I may offer you a tip (no disrespect, you are obviously the magician to whom I bow down), but with Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara I've found that the travel size is FAR superior to the full size. I know, I know, it sounds bonkers, but I swear it's true! And I know several other women who will attest to this claim. I'm no scientist, but I'm gonna guess it has something to do with the way the length of the wand in comparison to the length of the tube causes the mascara to oxidize in a certain way that makes for the perfect consistency; you know those few days--maybe even a week or two--when your mascara feels *just right*, when it hits that sweet spot and is making your lashes look like a dream? That's Better Than Sex Travel Size, but every day. It might even be better for giving you the spidery-clumpy look you love.

GIRL !! you are so natural, simple and dainty. Very personable, you can sell anything. I truly enjoyed your video and watched it several times. You added a personal, honest touch, a "real" feeling to your video. I usually use THRIVE mascara and COVERGIRL WATERPROOF MASCARA, I also add the makeup-hack of applying eyeliner to the base of your upper lashes. I learned a trick, I'll also share with you. You apply mascara and while its wet, apply cotton sparsley on your wet lashes, then overkill with more mascara. I totally am buying the L'Oreal lash primer, never used it, but I believe it will help. I swear by Better Than Sex mascara. My eyelashes are like yours (which was a big shock to me the day I noticed it now that I'm near 50). I will try your steps though because I LOVE how your eyes looked, how each step had a reason and they made sense! ♡ Anything keeping me away from falsies is a good day. I kid you not, it looked like they were trying to escape off of my face! That's when I realized that unless they create a lace front wig for my lashes, I would be destined for baldness (until your video that is). Thank you!
This is very helpful from someone with extreme struggle lashes! lol... one question tho... what's the difference between thickening and volumizing the lashes? You said you used the Big Shot for thickening and the Better than Sex for volume. What's the difference?
chokolatgurl she can correct me if I’m wrong, but thickening refers to how close together and full your lashes appear. Volume refers to how long they stick out, if that makes sense
I would think that thickening refers to the width or thickness of each individual lash; volume refers to number of lashes or creating overall fullness.
