    I've been using this shifter for around 9 months and freaking love it. The only issues I have are finding similar springs to the ones used in the build (Im in US) but i've got it figured out well enough. Shifter has never had issues.

      @@K2Carver Hello again Zach, I used a plumbing tube for the casing, 110mm in outside diameter and 3.50mm walls, in my country it is very easy to find but from what you tell me many in other countries it does not exist. Some thingiverse users have designed this tube to print it, I have even seen that textures can be applied to the design with some software and it looks really good, you can look at the "remix" section of OSSH in thingiverse and you will also see some other inventions of the community for this shifter. Hello StaarFaJter, thank you very much for your positive assessment, I am very grateful. There is very little time left to launch the new mod, which will add bearings to the base and the block, for better durability and prepare the shifter for the next mod (harder longitudinal springs), the other parts will remain compatible.

      An idea might be to drill 3 holes in aluminium or steel bar, then cut in half to make durable runners or what you call it.

He said "while most of the design is very well done, I'm assuming these had to be done in a certain manner because the supported surfaces were at less than forgiving angles. the 09 was particularly problematic as supported circles always print bad. I tried a couple orientations, and they came out worse." I'm assembling now and it looks like they came out good enough to use.

    • @cet3dprojects
      @cet3dprojects  Год назад

      Hola Nahuel, muchas gracias por esas palabras.
      Verás, yo empecé este proyecto después de construir mi primera palanca con madera MDF y elementos de ferretería, tengo alguna foto en la web, y todo lo que necesitas es tiempo, ganas, paciencia y mucha pasión por el "hazlo tu mismo". Lamentablemente no tengo planos sobre la antigua palanca, y te recomendaría que busques una impresora 3d, no hace falta que sea cara ni el último modelo, pero esta máquina ayuda mucho.
      No obstante si decides hacer tu propia palanca en madera tienes todo mi apoyo, te puedo mandar unas fotos para que tengas ideas de como hice yo la mía y también tendrás que investigar por youtube varias posibilidades. Muchas gracias por pasar por aquí, no dudes en preguntar lo que necesites.😉

      @@cet3dprojects Muchas Gracias. Vi muchos videos, y el funcionamiento mecanico de la que vos contruiste es la mejor que vi. Si todo sale bien, hago un tutorial de como lo fabrique!!

    • @cet3dprojects
      @cet3dprojects  Год назад

      @@nahuel382 bueno la verdad es que el patron H incluso lo puedes dibujar fácilmente sin plantilla, solo tienes que tener en cuenta el grosor de la barra que vas a usar tu, para que no te queden holguras, creo que es la mejor manera, ya que las distancias que tiene mi patrón están condicionadas al resto del diseño, el recorrido de accionamiento y la longitud de la palanca. Según la forma que tenga tu palanca verás que el patrón deberás hacerlo con recorridos mas cortos o mas largos según tu quieras que quede. Es decir, para un mecanismo diferente normalmente vas a necesitar un patrón que se ajuste a ese funcionamiento y recorrido. Conforme vayas planteándote el diseño final te darás cuenta de que tu diseño solo puede tener tu propio patrón.
