He Jax man I want to thank you so much for all you do for everybody I’m currently a 12 yr old boy in 6th grade and I get bullied for being a bit overweight and people always want to fight me and shove me into lockers in stuff and I relate to you so much since I’ve watched you I’ve got a weight set,boxing gloves,a punching bag,a pull up bar,and an ab roller I’ve notice my self gettin stronger and faster and more energetic I just want to say keep it up man

I like that jazz corrects himself when saying about how we can get food whenever we need now days, but then throws out that small apology realising that not everyone is able to do this but doesn’t stop the whole video for it. (I know Jax won't see this but who cares) I really want to say thank you for inspiring me to workout, Jax. I never really cared about getting in shape and eating healthy because I was never motivated to do so, and everytime I did everything workout related like a pushup, I would quit after 15 seconds. Then one day I watch a TLTTZ (the Black☆Star one I believe) and I wanted to try the workout for my self. And it was awesome I felt better about my self and I wanted to keep doing it. After watch a few more videos about two weeks later, I subscribed to the channel. So thank you Jax, you are a HUGE inspiration for me, you are a all around good person and I'm looking forward to future TLTTZ, Would that Workout, your yearly tradition (don't worry, I'm lonely too) and every and anything else that's instore. I got inspired this year by you to eat healthy and count calories. I downloaded MyFitnessPal and I signed up for the gym (plant fitness) not the best but I'm not going for the Tootsie rolls. I want to start lifting weights today. Cause I've only been doing cardio so far. I'm 270 pounds 6 feet and 1 inch tall trying to reach a goal of 200. I've never been fit in my life. Cause eating healthy has always been a struggle. But I'm going to take this motivation as far as it goes. I I got to say is thank you jaxblade your awesome and keep on making great content.

Skip a JaxBlade video? You must be trippin' on something to suggest such a thing. Joking aside, your enthusiasm for fitness and well-being has been a welcome part of my time these past few years. I may not have built up the will to maintain the journey to being physically fit, but I have managed to make a positive shift just by changing the way I get my food. Over the past year, I have cooked the mass majority of my meals (around 90% as opposed to 30-ish%) and that alone has allowed me to drop 30 lbs. I know that may not be significant to some people, but it is for me. Anyway, thanks for making these videos Jax! And to anyone who read this, I hope you are having a good day or night. Thank you
still trying to figure out my own eating habits that'll work for me, just here to add my two cents about 'if it fits your macros:' I notice with certain foods, it'll hold me back during a work out. example; eating a pizza will slow me down to where I can't do explosive workouts and even if I just did a lifting workout I couldn't exert myself in the necessary fashion. these hindrances would last for at least a day.
I’d love to hear a part 2 of this specifically for Vegans. Just because a food is vegan does not mean it’s healthy. I went vegan 7 months ago and saw a significant change in my physique and strength. All of my compound lifts have increased dramatically, and I’m finally getting those abs I worked hard for since my early years of fitness.
Technically this can be applied to Any meal plan you choose to follow since I intentionally didnt go into specifics of which one to follow lol so my method works for Vegans, Carnivores, Keto, paleo, balanced omnivore etc haha
A lot of the crazy purists type diets are trying to heal autoimmune disorders without medication. It will only work if the person is super strict. Most people just need to eat as many whole foods as possible. Wonderful content as usual.
My eating style is kinda in the middle, I LOVE DONUTS AND CAKE but at the same time I balance it out with fruits, salads, fish, chicken etc so I strive to satisfy my sweet craving while maintaining a regular food intake that's as far from unhealthy as possible
It's so freaking wierd how people way back in the day just had this neutrition stuff figured out by default, no one were rich enough or had the oppertunity to get as big as people today, now we have to actively try to stay within a certain goal. Neutrion is like the number 1 thing I just never got a handle on, I feel like crap almost daily, but the junk food alternatives tastes really good in the short term. plus y'know. withdrawl symptoms if I stop.

What if you start off pretty you know, chubby and decide to try out intermittent fasting, it will generally make you eat less calories, and you can eat your favorites although at a reduced amount until you're getting lighter on your feet so you can start to work out hard. Then once you hit like a plateau you can switch over to a healthier diet to begin shedding more weight? kinda like unlocking super saiyan before unlocking SSJ2? One step at a time?
I know about having a cheap day and the benefits, but at one point you mentioned eating smaller portions of unhealthy food over the week instead of one day. .5% of your body weight per week is quite sustainable. 1% is the fastest you should go for 3 months without risking losing muscle

Deer master jack blade i am working out and working hard on school to i am just haveing a hard time but i just dont know about my diet but i could use some help i know you told me to go to my doctor and have no burgers or fast or unhealthy foods for a month so i am go to ask my uncle for advice because he whint to the army and work out a lot he has fit body just like you i know you told me to see what fits me right and if i am going to eat dis for five years straight and it difficult and you had people fight over the beast diet i am just asking for help im just a kid trying to choose the best path i can go.
