At some fields entry cost is the same whether you use air or not, but not all fields have air, so co2 may be your only option. that's what I like about guns powered by co2/spring/aeg. Most people don't realise how much it cost for the air compressors that the fields use to fill up your tank, they are thousands of dollars. You were worried about what is cheaper between air or co2, I'm more worried how much the whole bolt setup cost lol. Might as well just use spring power IMO, plus you don't have to worry about fps drop off and carrying around a tank.
Yeah honestly I tried getting into HPA and the CO2 Wraith stock is tempting.. but an AEG is still the most reliable best all rounder. If you're paying $800 for a gun anyways might as well upgrade the bejeezus out of your favorite AEG. These HPA guns still need a battery anyways lol
Do it! The barrette uses an inferno, we have one on the team with the wraith, beast. Tho the brand might mean you need a different engine. Message me if you need ideas, that would be one sick gun
@@UnitedRichmondAirsoft fair enough. Just was wondering if it would be 2.75 times more or is there some loss. If you do get the 33g adaptor, I would be interested in what you find…happy hunting!
@@Mattvogtsr 33g co2 are way expensive than 12g. Those 33g are like for 10€ meanwhile 12g are for 0,5€. I have that adaptor and when i saw those prices i was little bit "nervous" from that difference.
I just converted mine to the co2 wraith I absolutely love it
Ain't it the best!
@@UnitedRichmondAirsoft absolutely 100% love it
How many shots off CO2 cartridge and at what joules?
@@rdb9936 I get around 60 shots it shoots .20g bbs at 490fps I normally shoot .46g bb they go around 290 to 300 fps it’s about 1.79 joules
All our sites in this country it’s free to fill hpa, so it’s definitely more expensive for c02
What country?
It's built into the price to play at facility... nothing is free
I think this is perfect for a project of mine!
Nice, Wraith is nice, works with anything, I even used it for my shotty ha!

I just converted mine to c02. Refused to pay wolverine crazy price so got something similar for $35, works a treat
Please share what you got.
@@mzarnott 88g co2 containers and you just buy the adaptor to connect it to a regulator.
@@BooStairsHow many shots do you get off 88g CO2?
@@BooStairsthat's not even remotely close to having CO2 in your stock.
Why would you only get 400 shots? I’m running an mtw forges and getting right at 1000.
Is it just the higher fps?
Good review, thanks for the info
Ya bro, I'm waiting for you to HPA!
@@UnitedRichmondAirsoft call me crazy but I want to convert my Barrett.50cal into HPA. Because I think it would be awesome.

But I think I want to use this Wraith for my SSG96 I ordered.
Nice, let me know how it goes
What would your numbers be if you used the 33g cartridge instead of the 12?
I would assume 2.75 times the shots for CO2 based on the g difference. We don't have the 33g adaptor so are unable to test that.

@@Mlachm wow, that’s a lot more than what we are paying. I usually pay between. $1 and $2 per cartridge at the airsoft online retailers.
@@Mattvogtsr for 33g? Could you please send me a link,.it could be Changer for me.
Will this also work on a m4 with a inferno gen2?
Yes, wolverine makes the wraith
What about consistency?
Perfect until the last 5 or so shots
Except it still costs $5 to fill a tank of a reasonable size
