    My friend had a gf call in a false DV and he was arrested and could not even go back to the house which was only in his name.
    You watch any of the civil rights lawyers YT and they would advise to do exactly what this OP did. Do not open the door, and do not step outside.

      Him talking about Tim Horton however. That suggests this is in Canada. So those comments from US civil rights lawyers do not apply. Canada currently has far more expanded police powers toward believe all women etc than anywhere in the US.

    Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

      its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back

      Why would you want to take someone back after they put u in such heartache remember they broke you, dnt think them coming back they can heal u they came back because it didn't work out with the other person they watched u suffer in silence,when u wanted them to reach out did they reach out no. stop careing my friend they never cared about you! concentrate on yourself look after yourself just keep busy they will become a distant memory throw out all memory's of this person remember u wanted this person back so badly and they no they can do it again and again dnt be weak this person should never be part of your life ever again not in friendship or love...

    The mask slipped when you let her move in. You should have kicked her out when you found out she was lying to you about her job.

  • @danielduran201
    @danielduran201 Месяц назад +1

    I can't believe that she had him "doubting" himself and his decision to kick her out. And who's this jack-a__ that's LETTING her touch his body? Hey, I don't like talking to cops. In fact, I don't recommend it, but I'd of told the cop exactly why you kicked her out of your apt. You don't know what explanation your
    lying girlfriend gave them. But even though they
    didn't do anything to you and you didn't break any laws, they're going to put your name on their paperwork as the "douche" that wouldn't shelter
    his "girlfriend"
    on that cold night.

  • @armyfirefighter
    @armyfirefighter Месяц назад +5

    Well, Tim Horton means this person is from Canada. And Canadian laws are structured even more to "believe all women" no matter what than US laws. And being in Canada, any sort of legal advise on YT really doesn't apply.
    It is a problem that just must be dealt with. Was the cop going to evict him and put her into the apartment? Most likely yes. But not out of really believing her. Out of a matter of job security. No cop will ever be disciplined or put out of a job for taking a woman's side in any he said/she said at all. It is a political non-starter these days to move laws and presumption of innocence back to the middle. As long as this culture and laws exist gentlemen- I am sorry to say - it is not only not safe to speak to a woman at work, you really cannot have them inside your home ever. Wanna hook up or something fine - has to be in a hotel or public space. Date, movies, club - whatever but never give them any sort of foothold in your space at all or you do run a risk of being put out of your own property - married or not.

    The boyfriend should have verified her age before getting in a relationship with her. In most states it's illegal to date a minor.

    Dude is risking it a bit. If she had any bills or letters going to that place, she could claim that she lived there and he can't just kick her out. So OP I would be very careful here. I think she had someone she wanted to sleep with for sure and she is 100% NOT wife material. So I agree on breaking up with her. To protect yourself I might strongly consider helping her find somewhere to live or even help her find that homeless shelter. Next up my man, get off the weed. If you had any in your apartment/house and that officer came in on suspicion, you could be in jail now and she would be living there.

    This because police training takes a feminist view where the victim is always the female.Whether she's the aggressor or not. That the male is always in the wrong.Even if he's lying on the ground dying he must have done something to promote her
