I've been watching these deer feed videos for two days now and this is the first I've seen that makes sense because nothing can get to it but the deer and maybe a turkey if he sticks his head up far enough. I think it's good that a woman thought of it it too I'm gonna go make one. Thanks
Well, let me tell you, I don't know why but the deer never ate out of my feeder. They would go around it but never eat out of it. I still think ti should work. Maybe it swinging was the problem. The cost is practically zero so if it works for you, please let me know. I just bought a feeder from WalMart and it look marvelous and I set it up yesterday. The box read all-in-One 5-gallon programmable hanging feeder expandable hopper using 4 AA batteries for only $40 Keep me posted
Thank you! Easy going, friendly, knowledgeable down to earth fella! Holy shit....while typing this you just said you were 74!! Would have guessed low 50 area! Take care bud! Thanks for the video
The only way I can keep a feeder is to make it out of a drum and string it between two trees. The bear cubs on my property are like little destructive acrobats lol.
Hello Mr. Durham....from a Mr. Durham.👍 My boss is trying to get me into beekeeping. Him and his brother have a small yard of a little over two hundred hive boxes. I guess I need to check out your videos... They already got me a full bee suit,hat,gloves..the works.
It always surprises me how many people have no problem with bears. We have to have our feeders on steel cables, suspended at least 12 feet in the air. We grease the cables to keep the raccoons and squirrels off. Hogs also would just tear through this...
Sweet lid 😊
Very good! Parts and pieces of scrap and a good imagination can go a long way. Happy weekend friend!
Love your idea, God bless, you don't look any older than 50 , I'm going to try your idea out for myself

Thanks for this. Maybe drill some small holes in the two lids to get rid of any water.
😂😂😂 leave it to kids. Wishing you and your family a Blessed Christmas and Happy New Year.
I hope you know more about bees
I didn’t even know Richard Simmons made deer feeders 😜
Thank you!

Wish we could do this here in N.Y.
Also wish we could talk like you too 👍🏼
That might be great, but my raccoons work as group and stand on top of each others and scoop it out. My squirrels like a nice place to sit.

Best part of waking up, is Folgers in your cup.
Squirrels will tear this up.

What makes you think raccoons won’t get that?
Nice idea sir, but how does it keep the raccoons, and other varmints from eating the corn out of the Folgers bottom?
They can't reach it.
But, This feeder did not turn out as good as I thought it would
God loves you ❤
Little drain hole on the red cups so they don’t hold water
YES............THANKS.......TIM
that sure is a pretty pink shirt....
You didn't say how keep raccoons out
Raccoons will absolutely destroy this thing!!!
Holes look too small, the dang squirrles tear ours up
I live in Texas , hogs would eat corn , feeder and all .
Is he trying to be grandma for the day
Your feed will get wet then the water will go back into feeder.
