The apple orchards near me do serve apple cider and they're also well known for their sweet & savory pies -- apple pie, chicken pot pie, etc. It's all very cozy. They also do a lot of demonstrations of living in the olden times and stuff. I could see you (& your story-telling chair) doing something like that in the future! 😆

Joe you're dream place of an Orchard and apple foods and ciders already exists, you need to get yourself to The Newt in Somerset. They make EVERYTHING out of apples from their Orchards. Lovely gardens restaurant and spar hotel too. You'd love it.
