1.Charger Do not cut off power of full charging it turns green and red continuously.
2. Battery shakes very badly while riding on bumpy road, battery maybe damaged or the things kept inside the boot space maybe damaged.
3. Poor service quality, whatever the issue you take to dealership agent, they will always tell you, yes sir it is like this only no problem, they will never resolve your issue.
4. Back wheel makes noise whenever I apply the break.
5. Cutting made to place the battery inside boot space looks like handmade using some Excel blade looks so cheap.
6. Front storage box is so weak I feel like within 1 year It will also start making noise on bumpy roads.
7. Company logo "pure EV 7G" is pasted using double side, which feels so cheap.
8. Battery holding box paint qualitiy is so cheap.
9. Because of the shaking of battery inside vehicle. Outer layer of battery peels off & catches rust easily.
10. We Need to press the seat very hard to lock it only a strong man can strong man can lock the seat for women children's and ladies senior citizens it is difficult to lock the sheet (not difficult its impossible)

Pure ev vehicle have not given subsidy. Part is not Indian . Each part of this vehicle is problematic. This vehicle not gives stable performance.

NEVER BUY FROM PURE EV!!! BAD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE! I bought Etrance Neo 3 months back, and facing issues from the first week itself.
For instance, at a time the battery is at 50% level, but at the very next moment the scooty shuts down and the battery level reaches 0% level. Plenty of times I myself had to tow the vehicle to home for several kilometers. I raised the concern with customer care and the dealer numerous times but not getting any response.
I spend 1 lakh from my savings on this scooty but now it is just parked at my home and of NO USE.
@PURE EV I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!! Hope any further escalations would not be required. Purchase date 5/12/2022. Dealer - Sai Electric, jaipur

Bro mere paas b hai yeh scooty aur abhi tak 1 saal b nhi hua hai, aur mujhe itni problem de rahi hai scooty kya he bolu aur yeh jo video mein bata rahe ho na tum. Mein likh k bolta hu yeh scooty 1 saal chali he nhi hai, bohot he beekr built quality hai. Bus china se import kr liya hai aur quard, light, mirror aur battery yeh toh aur he beekr hai.

Recently purchased this ev... My weight is near 100kg and with pillion it gives me the range around 68-70 km in mix mode....and it's hard to ride uphill areas if you ride it with pillion below around 30 percent battery ..load capacity also gets reduce.... You can only enjoy the ride till 50km... You have to charge again after 50km if you want to ride with pillion... And yeah suspensions are really hard

प्रजापति मोटर्स lucknow खुर्रम नगर का सर्विस बहुत ही खराब है. बैटरी warrenty में होने के बाद भी बदल कर नही दे रहे है. 10 से 15 दिन स्कूटी खड़ी करके छोड़ दो तब आएगी तब देगे. 115000रूपया पूरे तरह से डूब गया. pure ev स्कूटी कोई न ले. मेरी तरह हमेशा रोते

Don't buy this vehicle... It's complete waste off money... It's very compact vehicle compare to ampere magnus ex... And there is no boot space... Also you can't seat comfortably and even pillion seat also not comfortable... In karnataka it's 10300Rs on road price... Better to go for magnus ex... Which available in karnataka with 96000....

Rim got bend, battery got spoilt on 4th month. And Rc automobiles charges a lot for services per visit. Clearly a no no to buy please dont buy. This is an honest review
