are lots of problem with this product
1.Charger Do not cut off power of full charging it turns green and red continuously.
2. Battery shakes very badly while riding on bumpy road, battery maybe damaged or the things kept inside the boot space maybe damaged.
3. Poor service quality, whatever the issue you take to dealership agent, they will always tell you, yes sir it is like this only no problem, they will never resolve your issue.
4. Back wheel makes noise whenever I apply the break.
5. Cutting made to place the battery inside boot space looks like handmade using some Excel blade looks so cheap.
6. Front storage box is so weak I feel like within 1 year It will also start making noise on bumpy roads.
7. Company logo "pure EV 7G" is pasted using double side, which feels so cheap.
8. Battery holding box paint qualitiy is so cheap.
9. Because of the shaking of battery inside vehicle. Outer layer of battery peels off & catches rust easily.
10. We Need to press the seat very hard to lock it only a strong man can strong man can lock the seat for women children's and ladies senior citizens it is difficult to lock the sheet (not difficult its impossible)
11. Overall all the materials used for manufacturing this product is not good.
12. Coral the material used for manufacturing this product is not that good.
12. Overall it looks like some two college graduates made this vehicle as a
project work it is not looks professional.
13. All the above points are acceptable if this vehicle was a startup and not competing with any other scooters but now this vehicle is costing more than other scooters in the same segment.(bounce Infinity, hero optima, and amper Magnus etc) so this mistakes are not acceptable

@@charvishah7499 Customer Care is worst. No one picks up the call. If you are lucky to connect to Customer care, we don t understand there accent. After i sent Battery to Hyderabad, i got call that battery cell is damaged and needs to be changed. Quoted Rs. 12000/- for repair and Rs. 54,000/- for New. After one month i got call that charges are increase to Rs. 20,000-/ as charges towards store and maintenance of Battery. Bargained for new battery from Rs. 54,000/- and closed the deal to Rs. 30,000/-.
I want to sell the scooter with brand new battery, but no one is interest to buy.
There is no resale value

ये झूठ बोल रहा है मैं खरीदने के छह महीने बाद से ही परेशान हूं आज ढाई साल बाद बैटरी एकदम बंद हो गई है और कंपनी कुछ भी नहीं सुन रही जबकि मात्र 20000 km ही चली है कंपनी चोर है मैं तो कंज्यूमर फॉर्म में केस दर्ज कराने जा रहा हूं ढाई साल में सर्विस सेंटर में जाते जाते परेशान हो गया हूं

One of the worst bike in the market. No customer service. Battery quality is extremely poor, when I asked them for warranty claim , they said we can't solve this issue you need to buy one new Battery which around 70k. So don't waste your money. Complete pure company is fraud.

NEVER BUY FROM PURE EV!!! BAD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE! I bought Etrance Neo 3 months back, and facing issues from the first week itself.
For instance, at a time the battery is at 50% level, but at the very next moment the scooty shuts down and the battery level reaches 0% level. Plenty of times I myself had to tow the vehicle to home for several kilometers. I raised the concern with customer care and the dealer numerous times but not getting any response.
I spend 1 lakh from my savings on this scooty but now it is just parked at my home and of NO USE.
@PURE EV I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!! Hope any further escalations would not be required. Purchase date 5/12/2022. Dealer - Sai Electric, jaipur

Dear friends,
Don't buy this pure ev bike just to save money as it will completely waste your money along with your valuable time.
7 months back I bought epluto 7g at andhra pradesh.
Problems:-
1)It stops after few minutes of Run
2)No service provider will be there and you will be pushing bike on roads
3)Battery will be taken by company for 40 days and they will give you afterwards,Meanwhile you can commute by walk 😂
4)True range is at 70 KM not 120 KM as they say.
Finally a complete useless vehicle with zero build quality.
You buy an ebike to save money on petrol but the problem comes after buying this bike,it will be at repair shop than with you😂

Don't opt for this company , they are demanding 5000 rs for battery upgrade which is a nuisance, it's service was too worst ,u will definitely get frustrated after buying, using since a year and really I regret buying this company's pure ev epluto7g🙏🙏🙏
