Hello, hello, hello everyone! Small mental misstep on my side: Diaochan of course let's ANY opponent destroy the second creature - not just necessarily the one who got their creature destroyed. Picking personal favorites is really hard for mono red, but I'd say Mannichi, Subira and Varchild seem the most interesting to me. What would your picks be if you were to build a deck right now?
If you have any feedback on how to improve the series, feel free to comment down below. As we are nearing the 2-colour combinations I think now is a good time to take a step back and refine these videos.
The only thing that jumps out to me (and would potentially mean more work for you) would be to include some card/combo/build ideas for the commanders? Maybe reducing the total number you cover to something more reasonable like 10 and going a little more in-depth with them. Alternatively, additional short 5m videos later that go into some of your favorites.
24:51 I'm pretty sure that countering a spell does indeed count as committing a crime, because you target the spell the opponent controls while it's on the stack :)

@@theseppfuchs I personally like trying to do combat trick shenanigans with her, and go for a pseudo-political angle trying to sell myself as a mercenary to the highest bidder.
Subira is my monored deck. I went monored infect with her, where I make my little infect creatures unblockable, then buff them up during combat. I usually can surprise kill someome, but then I almost always get taken out pretty quick after they know I can one shot anyone out of nowhere.
Ahh man Marton Stromgald is awesome. People underestimate him so much its crazy. I made a deck with him as the commander online and hes good! I put creatures with Battle Cry in the deck and had 4 or 5 other creatures on the field and before my opponents knew it, I was swinging with 9/9 creatures at someones face haha it's satisfying to play :P
Yeah, I had to read the card multiple times to see if I was missing something but no, he is just that good. I mean in 1vs1 he is probably not that great, but in commander...
For Imodane, can't you use damage double / triplers to get pretty crazy damage to opponents? Like a lighting bolt for 3 is doubled to 6, which means it does 6 damage doubled to 12 to each opponent?

She's nice because the deck plays well at various power levels since it's tuned to take advantage of the other players' combats.

@theseppfuchs Haha yeah he's a lot of fun to play. I have about half of the deck built IRL. Eventually I'll get around to finishing it.
