Really pathetic service from the skyloong, it's been 14 days where I've ordered new screens because of this defective one, I did it with the express shipping order and its not even posted. It doesn't even make sense with the SLA that Skyloong had committed on their website (3-5 days). Really disappointed and pissed off with the service and response from the team.
@@arjun_arm Sorry for the bad experience, the parcel was delivered within two days and arrived at the logistic warehouse. They shipped your order out delayed because they changed several shipping channels to coordinate the product and India customs policy. For this inconvenience, we already refunded the express shipping fee to you and emailed you the DHL tracking number last day. Please kindly check your email box.🙂

Do you have any channel to get support about GK6X app. I use latest version of GK6XPlus Driver V6.0.0.72 and GK6XPlus V8 V8.0.5.0, but I can't save my key config (Click Save and Apply in app after change map key). When I close app and disconnect GK87 pro or change BT/2.4G mode. It will reset to default mad lost my change
