  • I had a request to show an example flight in the X-Plane Cessna 172 in X-Plane, programming a flight in LittleNavMap, then taking it through into the aircraft, and following it with the GPS and Autopilot.

    Hey Jonathan,
    Very good video. It's really helped me on how I'll be able to use LittleNavMap on Xplane. As I've xplane-12 and the new release of LNM I'll look at how is it.
    Have a good day.
    Thanks

    Thanks for this video. Is there any advantage in using Littlenavmap (apart from it being free) compared to the latest version of Navigraph & Simbrief? LNM now seems rather complicated and time consuming by comparison, as well as the interface looking rather dated.

    • @jonbeckett
      @jonbeckett  Год назад +1

      LNM does a LOT that Navigraph does not. They are not the same tools as each other though - worth having both to hand.

    Great explanation. The only thing I don't get is the "nose wheel steering" How do you do this? I didn't think this was available in the default Cessna 172

    • @jonbeckett
      @jonbeckett  7 месяцев назад

      Many of the more basic flight simulator aircraft allow you to either steer when it's not a feature of the real aircraft, or implement braking of the rear wheels in response to the rudder inputs.
