A real shell stopper V2 1.3 shells

I've been wanting to do this test every since we did the 1.4 shell test last year. A 4" 1.3 shell vs the $70 silt fence, who will win? Well, watch and see, I think you all will be very surprised!

So, if it stopped the 1.3 shells, would you say it should have no issue stopping 1.4 consumer stuff? I'm really thinking of getting this as another layer of safety/precaution.

Please look on the channel for the video, a real shell stopper from a year or so ago. Maybe 2 years ago. I did this very same test with 1.4.

What material is that fence , ive seen 1.3 shells blow straight through plywood

It is a porous fabric, you see it at every construction site or when there is road work. I know the plywood test is one that has been demonstrated at some PGI classes. Now, they can show something that will drastically slow down a big shell.
