There's a final boss and here's how to get to it.
1. The peer looks in a direction. Move it to the direction and there will be a second eye. Put the peer eye on it.
2. Move the drain until you see a second set of red lines. Move the drain there.
3. You can test if you did the steps above correctly by looking at the window name and seeing if it has an !
4. Use your power up (right click) in the peer eye.
5. I will leave you to figure out what comes next.

turning on simulated windows in the settings takes care of the lag for the most part
edit: also you can lock things in the shop, so you can save health and stuff you can't afford yet but refresh the rest

Echo uses the active ability shown in it's icon, this doesn't have to be from a character in play.
Reserve is 1 free use of an active ability.
In the perk menu the manifest button allows you to spend perk points on upgrades.
Multiply for a duration doubles the currency on screen, multiple increases the currency linearly.
Peer and Drain have a puzzle to solve.

The end? ohh this ant the end il give a tip: *v non massive spoilers below v*
Buy peer and drain follow peer's eye into his outline and the drain will have a side thats diffrent follow that side to its outline than use a special ability (like halt) on the eye of peer, (the eye will have a glow effect if both is done correctly) you will get a special weapon, charge it to max (it will flikker) and shoot the window, i wont spoil the rest
