IS SHATTER AGENT 8? (Valorant's Scrapped Agent)

Valorant has a few scrapped agents that never saw the light of day, Shatter is the only agent among them who has been developed the most. A lot of people have been saying that this agent may be the missing agent 8, what do you guys think?

Shattered is Beta's name for Yoru, it got renamed as "Riftwalker" and it came to life as Yoru.

Make shatter actually be able to play as the clone and drop it weapons and stuff. Give the clone like a solid 50 hp, and make it his signature ability so after 2 kills he can spawn another.
