Bennett sentenced Chad Arrington a/k/a “Chad Focus”, age 33, of Randallstown, Maryland to 30 months in federal prison, followed by 12 months of home confinement as part of three years of supervised release, for a federal wire fraud conspiracy in connection with a scheme to use a company credit card to make more than $4.1 million in unauthorized purchases. Judge Bennett also ordered Arrington to pay restitution in the full amount of the victim’s losses, totaling $4,142,435.31.

If I’m lucky, I will get a show and perform in front of 50, 100, maybe more. Is it worth it, after seeing this? Hell, yes! Why? Because, I have a passion for music. The Music is the pay off. This guy is getting millions but you can’t buy the satisfaction of creating good art. Art transcends money. Look at these monumental museums. In them is not bank statements, duffel bags, or any of the like. Art by human’s experiencing the finite human condition and experience will always resonate in the most important aspect.

Oof. Streaming farms definitely bring in a lot of streams but I’ve seen the statements from Spotify for songs like this and they don’t pay like real streams regardless of the country they’re from. They also wreck algorithmic growth. If it was as easy as downloading a bot then all the artists and labels relying on them would actually be doing well, not pretending like they’re doing well
