Miss Jackson & The Way You Move = by far the MOOOSSSTTT FAV TRACKS FROM OUTKAST!! i came to know about outkast only through MS Jackson!!, the music of that track is SOOO ICONIC of outkast. Year 2K and it aired for the first time in our country on a music channel, and thats when i read the word Outkast first time in my life. About 4 yrs later i came to know that there is an actual word called outcast in english dictionary and has a meaning 😂😂😂😂. Excellent Video Music Vibe!
Generally I forgot just how good Outkast are and it has made me realise growing up they were my favourite hip hop group by a "country" mile. Actually fills me with warmth how at peace they are in their later years just enjoying life.
Artist duo that had their downfall endup in not being a downfall, it just Two artist getting older and older and as time pass by so do to them, fade away but their legacy and impact the industry would never being forgotten...
I grew up in GA and was in highschool when the Love Below dropped, it was easily my favorite album because being a hbcu bound band student myself just the intro alone did it - and even though people were hating on Andre3000 appearance, he was bold enough to be different than everybody else ~ or in other words not afraid to be himself and I realted to that being a biracial teenager in a 90% black environment. A legend in my eyes
one thing this video didn't really delve into too much was how big of a commercial hit Hey Ya was. The song was everywhere all the time at the time--in the past, present and future!!!
I love outkast because there was no drama made public for attention everything was done discreetly or under wraps making it so that they could enjoy life after they lived their dreams

Andre 3000 said it first in the video for the song 'In Due Time' feat Goodie M.O.B. in 1997. The song Bling Bling didn't come out til 1999. 💎✨💎✨ Edit: & also 3 Stax is so humble he just let Weezie take it & run with it 🙏🏽😇🖖🏽👽✌🏽😎 bruh is a class act fr 💯
One correction, speakerboxxx /love below did NOT sell the most COPIES it sold the most UNITS. It's a double album so each COPY counted as 2 UNITS. So it being 13x platinum means it sold 6.5 million copies, not 13. Any single disc album that sold 7 million or more actually sold more.
Andre 3000, is a true artist, breaking free of the restrictions of rap music and making just good music with a larger appeal. Most of us, who were not locked into the rap genre wasn’t even aware of them until Andre broke out

When Outkast decides to drop that final album, It is going to be an emotional roller coaster for the ages. Andre was always a rockstar in a rap duo. I listen to mainly Rock music but I have listened to every Outkast album the music is that good. It transcends genre B.O.B. got me into them a song you bob your head to so fast it borders on headbanging.
I love that 3k says he dont feel like he can rap no more but legit won a grammy for rap song of the year with scientists and engineers. Unbelievable talent!
RIP Rico Wade, one third of the iconic and influential Organized Noize. His musical genius bless the world with some of the greatest music that ever been heard. Right on to the real, death to the fakers
man.. it’s sad 😔 rip 🥀
Andre 3000 is amazing. I've always been such a massive fan.
LOVE THEM LOVED THEM
the absolute creativity in people is astounding and the contribution of Black America to musicality is truly iconic in the true sense of the word.
I usually don't listen to hip-hop, but Outkast catched my attention immediately circa 2000 when I was in high school and this video is so heartwarming, thank You!
Miss Jackson & The Way You Move = by far the MOOOSSSTTT FAV TRACKS FROM OUTKAST!!
i came to know about outkast only through MS Jackson!!, the music of that track is SOOO ICONIC of outkast.
Year 2K and it aired for the first time in our country on a music channel,
and thats when i read the word Outkast first time in my life.
About 4 yrs later i came to know that there is an actual word called outcast in english dictionary and has a meaning 😂😂😂😂.
Excellent Video Music Vibe!
thank you!
So fresh and clean, too!
@@boogermaiden yes that too
Generally I forgot just how good Outkast are and it has made me realise growing up they were my favourite hip hop group by a "country" mile. Actually fills me with warmth how at peace they are in their later years just enjoying life.
Aquemini and ATLiens are peak.
🔥
Naw. Southernplayalistic was their peak.
@@Mac_DNHrespectfully I disagree. Just listen to verses like aquemini and da art of storytelling pt 1 and 2, spottiedotie , liberation
@@chuck4714 if only mamacita wasnt on it
Artist duo that had their downfall endup in not being a downfall, it just Two artist getting older and older and as time pass by so do to them, fade away but their legacy and impact the industry would never being forgotten...
Speakerboxxx and The Love Below was one of the most epic albums of all times.
Sooo true
I love to hear this group was so humble ❤
I grew up in GA and was in highschool when the Love Below dropped, it was easily my favorite album because being a hbcu bound band student myself just the intro alone did it - and even though people were hating on Andre3000 appearance, he was bold enough to be different than everybody else ~ or in other words not afraid to be himself and I realted to that being a biracial teenager in a 90% black environment.
A legend in my eyes
Thank you Thank you Outkast ... Thank you for EVERYTHING!
Super creative. People at the top don’t like that. Seriously another level.
one thing this video didn't really delve into too much was how big of a commercial hit Hey Ya was. The song was everywhere all the time at the time--in the past, present and future!!!
I always believe that Hey Ya! is the happiest dance song 💜
Been a fan since seeing OutKast on Martin back in the day.
What a documentary work, with passion! Thanks!
I love outkast because there was no drama made public for attention everything was done discreetly or under wraps making it so that they could enjoy life after they lived their dreams
We just gonna bypass the fact that this man had an entire cartoon show 😂 God bless both of these guys, extraordinarily talented individuals and as much as I'd love to hear more music, I'm genuinely happy that they're happy. Great video!
Loved the video, thank you so much for making it. Feels like I just got to hang out with two of my favourite artists and be with them on their creative journey. Looking forward to what the future brings for them both, whatever it is
I'm so glad!
OutKast were decades ahead of their time. I used to see them in Atlanta.
Good luck to both of them they have e left a great body of work together.
Rap without the crap = Outkast. Absolute legends. ❤
I’m shocked that he still goes to the laundromat. He’s at peace with himself and that’s great ❤
Lil Wayne always takes credit for being the first rapper to say BLING BLING in a song but he got it from Andre 3000. Andre 3000 said it first in the video for the song 'In Due Time' feat Goodie M.O.B. in 1997. The song Bling Bling didn't come out til 1999. 💎✨💎✨ Edit: & also 3 Stax is so humble he just let Weezie take it & run with it
🙏🏽😇🖖🏽👽✌🏽😎 bruh is a class act fr 💯
The moment when I heard The Players Ball, I was massively relieved that someone had made and released such music. I was obsessed 😎🙏🏽
From caterpillar, to cacoon, to butterfly. We should all ask to be so in tune. 🌱
SON! This was absolute gold!
Thank you!
I’m not mad at the new Andre album…essentially it’s an ambient album…and it’s very relaxing
Thanks for correction
Andre 3000, is a true artist, breaking free of the restrictions of rap music and making just good music with a larger appeal. Most of us, who were not locked into the rap genre wasn’t even aware of them until Andre broke out
Um a Ander 3k, Prince , anderson .Paak and K dot kinda person and We all need a big boi friend in-our life
😀
Wow that was a journey. Andre sure evolved. That's cool.
Glad to see they are doing well and enjoying life
